Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) and boarding any thickness, including cover fillets and removal out side of MoD land/Air Force Unit area without paying any extra etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling grid of size 600 x 600 mm system using hot dipped galvanized steel section with precoated capping, main tee of size 24x32 mm having 0.27mm thick at every 1200mm centre to centre, cross tee of size 24x27 mm having 0.25mm thick at 600mm centre to centre and wall angle of size 19x19 mm having 0.35 mm thick fixed to the periphery of the wall, and suspended at every 1200mm centre to centre in both directed using 2.00 mm thick GI wire and fixing 600 x 600 x 16 mm mineral fibre tegular edge ceiling tiles of RH90 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard-wood in scantlings for timber framed and fixed Clean sawn etc complete

M&L for 2nd class hardwood Plain fillets of exc 13 & n.exc 25 sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads. etc. complete

M & L for 12mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood wrought finished fillets of bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or faceclean sawn fillets. square, rectangular or triangular Exc 3 & n.exc 6 sq.cm in section, , secured with nails or brads.

Preparation of new surface of wood and wood based surface of wood filler stain or varnish including knotting and stopping and all preparation work required and applying two coats of Synthetic varnish over a coat of Filler coat thin varnish etc complete all as specified.

M & L for framed work such as grill, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulderedand /or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work corn-conforming to Fe.290. S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in gusset plate conforming ot Fe- 410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality A etc complete.

Preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron surface of any description, not otherwise descriped over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar , incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in mortar CM 1:6, complete.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement

Rendering 15mm thick in patches in cement mortar in 1:4 on fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new surface/undecorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of priming on plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint including one coat of Birla white putty etc. complete all as specified.

Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 10A 240 Volts.

The Contractor shall be responsible to arrange skilled technician and arrange site required materials to execute the work smoothly without damaging the govt accessories,(scafoldings as required ,Shifiting of materails to roof top with own arrangement,including closing of old existing supply/return grills as required at site, making surface in walls/roof good, if any unseen job while excuting the work all as specified and directed by Eng - In - Charge.
