Overhauling/Stringing of the HT OHL (6.6 KV) running from Nigahi S/S to Amlohri Township and 2x10 MVA S/S to Amlohri Township

Erection of RS joist pole/H Beam / steel tubular pole steel rail pole of length exceeding 10 meters but nut exceeding 13 mtr. In cement concrete M-10(1 cement : 3 core sand : 6 graded stone Aggrigate 40 mm nominal size) base foundation , muffing including excavation and back refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete with 16 mm dia 1.8 mtr. Long stay rod , turn buckle, anchor plate of size 200 x 200 mmx 6mm, thimble , stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/3.15 dia G.I. Stay wire etc in cement concrete M-10 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation , including excavation and back refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 kv porcelain pin insulator complete with long steel head G.I. pin, nut, washer etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 kv Porcelain disc insulator for 11 kv OHL with galvanized insulator fitting, ball and socket type, and complete with glavanized strain clamp , bolts,nuts washer etc. As required.

Supplying & fixing anti climbing device with 2 ply G.I. barbed wire 1 kg per pole complete as per specification.

Supplying and fixing 33/11/0.4 kv enamel coated danger board size 200 x 250 mm with clamp on existing HT/LT structure/ poles.

Labour charge for dismantling & erection of angle/Chanel/flat iron fitting for OHL, such as "D' bracket, cross arms, top clamp, 'V' cross arms, back/support clamps or other similar work etc. including nut bolts of required size , as required as per specification.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. As required.

Supply and drawing guard wire / earth wire/ bearer wire 18.62 mm2 (4.87mm dia /6 swg) G.I. Including stringing, binding at existing insulators or bracket, jointing jumpering, connecting & cradle etc. As required and clearing of obstacles (if any)

Supply of tension type Hard ware for wolf conductor.

Supply & erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe -in-pipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 Made of corrosion free GI Pipe with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in each pit of minimum bore dia 150mm size. With 2 meter GI Pipe outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing , inner pipe dia of 25 mm having 200-250 micron galvanizing connection terminal dia of 12 mm in nominal soil with 25 kg back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevent indian standards around electrode upto ground level.

Supplying & laying 25mm x 5mm GI strip at 0.5 meter below ground level as strip earth electrode including jointin/soldering etc as required on surface for connection.

Numbering of Pole for identifiation (1-173 & 1-74)(Each letter will be of 10 cm height)

Removing of old paint from steel and other metalic surface and making surface even.

Primer coat over new steel and other metalic surface

Final coat with Aliminum paint, brushing complete including material & labour.

Supplying & erection of cradle guards for existing OHL as required including split insulator required as per specifications.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminum over head conductor, G.I. Wire, cross arms, insulators etc. As required.

Muffing of Pole (1 mtr max.) by In cement concrete M-10(1 cement : 3 core sand : 6 graded stone Aggrigate 20 mm nominal size)

Dismantling of pole /street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. As required.
