Original manufacturer firm having past performance satisfying Para No.16.4 of general tender conditions of Eastern Railway stores department will be considered. In case of dealer /distributor of original manufacture, firm has to upload valid dealership certificate or tender specific authorisation from OM failing which their offer will be ignored without any back reference.
