Supply , Installation, testing and commissioning of special power supply system (Static Frequency Converter for Hanger with two output 20 KVA, 208 V, 3 P, 400 Hz, SFC with IP 22 enclosure 10 KW, 28 V, DC Power Supply with IP 22 Enclosure Model PS -20-400-3P-208 complete all as per comprising of following specifications:- (i) Input Voltage and Frequency - 400 - 433 volts AC 3 phase 4 wire and 45 - 65HZ +/- 5%. (ii) Frequency modulation - +/- 0.5% (iii) Voltage adjustment - +/- 5% of nominal voltage (iv) Output power supply - 112 - 118 V AC and phase to phase 200 volt AC under all load conditions, Frequency 400 HZ +/- 1% power factor 0.8. (v) Voltage unbalance - For balance loads up to 15% of rated current the maximum phase voltage at the connector shall not exceed 3 volts. (vi) Phase Diff- 120 degree + 20 degree (vii) Voltage modulation - +/- 0.5% (viii) Voltage Transient - +/- 20% with recovery time of 0.5 seconds (ix) Crest Factor - 1.31 to 1.51

(x) Total Harmonic content - The RMS value of the total harmonic content shall not exceed 5 % of the fundamental RMS Voltage. (xi) AC power output - 20 KVA or above. (xii) Overall Efficiency - More than 85%. (xiii) Overload rating - 150% for 5 seconds, 125 % load for 05 Minutes, 110% load for 60 Minutes. (xiv) Over load capacity - 120% Continuous. Supply and Fix Output XLPE insulated 1100 volts grade armoured aluminum cable 4 core 25 sqmm from 20 KVA SFC to output distribution Panel all as per specified & directed. XLPE insulated 1100 volts grade.

Supply and fixing/laying rubberised copper cable multi stranded cable 4 core 10 sqmm size termination with one side of cable with 6 pin NATO Aircraft plug and other end of cable with 5 pin plug socket for connecting to SFC and length of the cable 30 mtrs (cable to be used between Helicapter and 20 KVA SFC) complete all as per specified & directed .

Supply and fixing Cable drum for Helicopter rubberized cable made up of sheet metal fabricated drum of size 4 feet diameter and 8" width mounted on ball bearings and stand and the helicapter cable is to be wound in this cable drum along with 6 pin socket is provided for SFC to Helicopter cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Input XLPE insulated 1100 volts grade armoured aluminum cable 4 core 25 sqmm from mains distribution panel to 10 KW DC Power supply all as per specified & directed. XLPE insulated 1100 volts grade.

Supply and install input distribution panel (indoor type) made up of MS sheet 02 mm thickness steel wall mounted box duly powder coated painting with and including one MCB 4 pole 63 amps 10 KA 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ supply capacity for mains supply including RYB indicating lamps and suitable size cable glands for input and output cables and connection with two Nos earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install Output distribution panel (indoor type) made up of MS sheet 02 mm thickness steel wall mounted box duly powder coated painting with and including one MCB 4 pole 63 amps 10 KA 208 volts 3 phase 4 wire 400 HZ supply capacity for mains supply including RYB indicating lamps and suitable size cable glands for input and output cables and connection with two Nos earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 1 to 7 :- (i) Product should be certified for aviation use. (ii) Should be compact, light weight and suitable for MI-17 V5 helicopter. (iii) Should be assembled on fabricated steel chasis with powder coating mouted on wheels with steering system for ease of movement. (iv) Should have state of the art semiconductor technology (IGBT) rectifier. (v) Earthing lead should be provided for proper eartrhing facility. (vi) The item should be supplied with all standard accessories and wiring. (vii) The installation should be carried out by supplier as per wiring diagram. (viii) Two years warranty with on-site repairs to be undertaken by supplier. The supplier must have capability to supply the spares for atleast five years. (ix) The required operating manual, parts catalogue and maintenance manul should be supplied. (x) Training of personnel should br undertaken by supplier. (xi) Calibration certificate should be handed over for a year from date of commisioning of items. (xii) Suitable provision is to be provided for easy and safe rolling of output lead. (xiii) The vendor should provide on-site calibration facility of the subject item in future. (xiv) Installing and all work to be carried out by company or auth vender's only.

Earthing complete with Copper plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to Copper strip of size 20x 3 mm as earthling lead by means bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire mesh. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion.

Copper earth strip of 20 mm x 3 mm size as earth continuity conductor as main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recessess as chases or burried in ground or drawn in pipe fixed to pole or any other indicated situation complete all as specified & directed

Supply, lay, jointing and testing XPLE insulated LT under ground cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts, in pipes or on poles etc complete all as specified and as directed for the size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe for laying of Electric cable of size 50mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner Diameter or suitable for upto 70 sqmm 3.5 core XLPE cable with IS 14930 (part 2) 2001 and 6 mm thickness laid in trenches,wall, floor , pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Suply and laying of GI tubing medium grade of size 40mm with all fittings including cutting for branch line & making threads complete fixed to wall/flooring /ceiling etc or laid in trenches all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable, pipes etc. all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing on walls of high rise buildings, galvonised iron calble tray perporated type, of size 100mm width 1.6mm thick (16 SWG) height 50mm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing "medium class" '25mm bore' including all fittings all as specified and directed.
