Supply and fix copper strip 20x3.15 mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or directed by Engr In Charge.
Material and labour for fabricating LT panel board front/rear cover made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for existing LT panel board of any size sheet duly powder coated including locking arrangement with weather proof dust and vermin proof with pre-fabricated hings for rear as well as front door powder coated RAL 7032 shall be mounting and fixing with existing LT panel board all existing cable duly fixed with brass gland for all incoming and outgoing cable duly insulated 1.1 KV grade heat shrinkable sleeve and with lugs duly connected with existing MCCB all as directed by Eng-in-charge including dismantling of old/broken cover. (Note:- Front cover/back cover shall be manufactured from panel board manufacture,s and fixing of cover shall be carried out on respective site as directed by Eng-in-charge by using welding machine, and making good disturbed surfaces duly painted with same shade synthetic enamel paint to match the existing surfaces)

Scraping of old paint from the steel tubular pole with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting . Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Repainting the remaining pole and clamps GI bracket etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.
Painting of PCC pole without removing accessories with one coat of alternative yellow and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.e clamps GI bracket etc by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed.
Scraping of old paint from the LT three phase bus bar chamber of any size fixed on channel without removing and preparation of surfaces for repainting externally by applying two coat of synthetic enamel powder coated of approved colour complete all as required at site or directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil exc 1.5 Mtr in width and not exc 1.5Mtr in depth and getting out for laying of cable all as required and directed at site.
Returning filling in, including spreading leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 1.5cm each layer
Removal of surplus soil to distance not exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.
Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable.
Material and labour for sub class “B” bricks laid dry flat cover the cable with width equal to the length of cable, abutting each other for protection of cable all as required and directed.
