Providing and fixing Spartic Ceramic floor tiles of Kazaria/ Somany/ jonhson/Orient-Bell of size 300x300 mm ( three hundred into three hundred ) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm ( twenty millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (one Cement isto three Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three point three kilogram/ per square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles of Rak/ Kazaria/ Somany/ jonhson/Orient-Bell conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm ( twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm( three point three kilogram/ per square metre) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachements etc. complete and stacking them within lead as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position complete including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 40mm (Forty millimetre ) thick 2nd class deodar wood. panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of and of required shade of undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with Alkali-resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smoothas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Painting two or more coats of Asian/Nerolac (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than whiteas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .
