Taking down defective Geyser of capacity 25 ltrs from its existing position duly disconnected inlet / outlet water connection with all allied T&P / ladder etc removing of old unserviceable anchor bolts where necessary and make good disturbed surfaces and note down serial No, Make, MES No for record etc. complete all as directed and deposit to MES stores where directed.

Supply and fix Electric water heater (Geyser), storage type with inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated, PUF insulation, outer body made of rust proof ABS and plastic end cover complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. with anchor bolts etc. note down serial No, Make, MES No for record, complete all as specified and directed. Make: USHA (Model Aquerra), Crompton (Model Solarium care), V-Guard (Model IRIS DG 25L) Note: Manufacturer shall provide warrantee for inner tank minimum - 7 years; warrantee for heating element - 3 years and product warrantee minimum 2 years.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated un-sheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade (conforming to IS) drawn through and including rigid non metallic PVC casing and capping of required size conforming to IS, medium grade with all necessary fittings, surface wiring for one 6 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board, with 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor for earth continuity conductor and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface roof/wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion. Note: Location of socket outlet and location of switch shall be as per site requirement and as per direction.

S&F in repairs of switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 15 Amp / 20 Amp with box and accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of socket outlet 3 pin, 15 Amp, flush type with box and accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of CPVC pipes 16mm / suitable size for extension with 15mm GI pipeline, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings like MTA, FTA, Socket,Tee, Elbow, reducer etc. as required including solvent cement, hooks etc., cutting wall and making good if required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15mm bore dia stop valves, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15mm bore dia bib taps, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates. Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
