NOTE:- (Applicable for all parts/items/):- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate including all mouldings but excluding frame and fixed in position using cement mortar (1:4) including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, non-modular sizes as per IS 1077: 1992, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over and including cement screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid on and including backing layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed, pointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigments to match the sheds including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work wherever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding in slope finished even and fair including provision of contraction joint 6 mm wide X 10 mm deep at 1.2 metre interval or part thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and including filling with mastic bitumen with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen and coarse sand mixture. 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for ceramic wall tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B III, glazed, unpolished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.12 sqm but not exceeding 0.22 sqm, length more than 340 mm but less than 460 mm, minimum 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ceramic floor tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B IIa, anti-skid, glazed, unpolished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.22 sqm but not exceeding 0.40 sqm, length more than 460 mm but less than 650 mm, minimum 9 mm thick in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ceramic floor tiles as per IS 15622: 2017 and IS 13712: 2019, group B IIa, anti-skid, glazed, unpolished, rectified, area of each tile exceeding 0.22 sqm but not exceeding 0.40 sqm, length more than 460 mm but less than 650 mm, minimum 9 mm thick on vertical surfaces including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: - The paint shall be as per Apex Ultima of Asian Paints or equivalent of Make mentioned under Appendix "B".

M & L for preparing plaster surfaces of walls treated with any type of putty and applying premium acrylic smooth interior emulsion paint in two or more coats, VOC less than 50 gms/ litre as per IS 101 (Part 2/Sec 2), matt finish, excellent scrub resistance and washability, resistance to fungus and algae, of approved shade over a coat of primer as per the manufacturer’s instructions, applying using brush, keeping the gap/ the interval in subsequent coats, including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - The paint shall be as per Apcolite Advanced Heavy-duty emulsion of Asian Paints or equivalent of Make mentioned under Appendix "B".

S & F solar control film 50 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Cost for making good to cutting holes/dismantled portion during taking down old, with PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate or cement mortar (1:3) shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iv) uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles ± 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.

Note: - (i) Payment will be made after providing warranty certificate for 10 years from the company. (ii) The thickness of the PU membrane shall be checked with cut and seal method and the third-party test to be carried out from NABL approved lab. The sample size for check should be 50 mm X 50 mm randomly at any location and kept in record.

S & F in repairs factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution Board TPN 4 ways ( VTPN MCCB DB ) and space for MCCB 250 Amp as incomer, with metal door (IP54 protection ) fabricated from CRCA sheet and fixed semi flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including isolated neutral bar, insulated busbar assembly, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plates with Knockouts including taking down old unserviceable VTPN DB complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - MCCB shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F pressed steel rectangular frames for built in cupboard doors, made out of mild steel sheet 1.0 mm thick with girth of frame 199 mm including mild steel rawl plugs and fixing 100 mm long butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel etc. including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer steel as per BTD-025 sheet Nos 1R/2 to 2R/2 of HQ CE Bathinda Zone complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pressed steel door shutters including stiffeners made out of mild steel sheet 1.0 mm thick cut to size, holes punched and welded seams including bending or turning up all around, mitred angle, one No of locking arrangement two Nos Handle etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Measurement of door shutter shall be taken as exact size of cupboard opening (excluding frame and folded/ turned up portion) (ii) Stiffeners of 150 mm girth and height equal to height of shutter made to shape as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for repair of surface with GP-2 (General Purpose Grout) or repair mortar upto 15 mm thick as per site condition/ manufacturer’s instruction and including cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
