| 9.00 | Material and labour for Waterproofing treatment to sunken floor using acrylic based multipurpose polymer. The treatment shall be carried out as per manufactures specification. The treatment shall be include of the following elements also:
1. Surface preparation of substrate by removing all traces of contaminates, loose and friable particles, cement laitance oils and grease, water repellent coatings etc
2. Injection grouting using cementitious grout if required. The payment for injection grouting shall be made separately etc.
3. Repair to the substrate, filling of blow holes/voids and surface leveling using appropriate products specified by the manufacture.
4. All intersections of horizontal and vertical surface should be profiled with a mortar fillet of minimum 25mm x 25mm.

6. The treatment shall be protected by application of polymer modified cement mortar of thickness 10mm applied at the rate of 50g per mm.

Material and labour for Providing and fixing aluminium work with Polyester powder coated aluminium ( minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conformikng to IS:733 and IS :1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top , bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including aluminium cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- (i) Weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be physically ascertained through a board of officers convened by GE and payment shall be made only after ascertaining the actual weight of aluminium at site. (ii) The rate of material and labour for providing the EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws are included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) During considering the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading , the weight of EPDM rubber, neoprene gasket , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws shall not be considered for measurments and payments. Only the weight of the aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading shall be considered and measurment and payment shall be made accourdingly. (iv) During the weight of aluminium sections , aluminium cleat angles , aluminium butt hinges, aluminium handles , aluminium tower bolts , aluminium peg stays & aluminium snap beading ,the weight of polyester powder coating 50 micron shall not be considered for weight but the rate of material and labour for providing polyester powder coating 50 micron is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Material and Labour for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in slab at the interval of 300 mm or as directed by Enginner-in-charge in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout for column, beam and roof slab having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM D 695; Tensile Strength >= 30 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv ) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed.
Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring conceald/ battern (light, fan, socket or power point ) complete including fitting such as hylem , sheet switches, ceiling rose, pendent holder sockets, regulator except concealed conduit and sunken boxes etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge & disposed off unservicable material according to Schedule 'A' note no.20.0,20.1, 20.2 (i),(ii) & (iii) for dismantling/ demolition / taking down as per discretion of Engineer -in-charge.. Material and labour for concealed Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), in PVC conduit complete with 2.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area ) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked ) drawn through with and including PVC rigid conduit 20mm dia ( heavy duty ) ISI marked with valid CML No.(IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories) with all fittings and all accessories i.e pipe bend pipe hook, elbow,junction box, pressed steel powder coated sunken box of suitable size (min 60mm deep, suitable length and 1.2mm thick ) and flush fixed with cement mortar 1:4 , 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet for mounting with frame and top cover for switches and socket ,fan regulator, for light/fan point/ exhaust fan controlled by one switch, top cover fixed with brass screws & cup washers including provn of 2.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc with and including cutting chases (as required) and making good surfaces to match with adjoining surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge .Note for serial item no.95.00,96.00,97.00,98.00 & 99.00 : (i) switches , two way switches, sockets 5 /6 Amp , sockets 15 /16 Amp & fan regulator shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Schedule'A' BoQ.(ii) The rate of cutting chases (as required) and making good surfaces to match with adjoining surface is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) On RCC roof / ceiling PVC conduit shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clips as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.The rate of this element is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
