MEDICAL GAS PIPELINE SYSTEM: Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical Grade Copper Pipelines of size as mentioned below along with saddles, thread rods, tees, reducers, bend etc. as per the site requirement. The copper pipes used will be solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, non-arsenical, half hard, and degreased, manufactured as per EN13348.The pipes shall be accompanied with test certificate for the physical properties and chemical composition. Make: MexFlow/Mandev/Metal alloy/Mediflow/Metalco/Janya/eqv. Before erection all pipes along with fitting will be cleaned for dirt, etc. After erection, all the pipe lines will be cleaned or purged with the help of dry nitrogen gas and will be tested with dry nitrogen at a pressure of 10 bar for 48 hours. The Job also includes painting of copper pipes, as per standard color-coding practice. The oxygen outlets would have following features: Accepts B.S. type Gas Specific Adapters. Pin indexed to prevent interchangeability of gas services. Each outlet is cleaned for Medical Gas Service and Pressure tested. OXYGEN FLOW METERS WITH HUMIDIFIER BOTTLE CE MARKED: Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Oxygen Flow Meter with humidifier both polycarbonate material and auto cleavable, in different critical Wards/ Units of the hospital. It would have the following features: It should be of accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0 to 15 liter per minute for use of in a variety of respiratory therapy gas delivery system. This unit would be having attachment to fit humidifier bottle of capacity 100ml. It should be complete in all respect for efficient working. COMPRESSED AIR (4 BAR) OUTLET POINTS CE MARKED: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Compressed Medical Air (4 Bar) Outlet points including probes, mounting them on walls and then fitting them with the main line by means of Welding, Brazing and then painting the copper pipe complete in all respect. The rates are including all taxes, cost of material, skilled/unskilled labour charges tool, tackles, hire charges, including transportation charges, unforeseen charges, etc.

VACUUM GAS INLET POINTS CE MARKED: Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of Vacuum inlet points including probes, mounting them on walls and fitting them with the main line by means of Welding, Brazing and then painting the copper pipe complete in all respect. The rates are including all taxes, cost of material, skilled/unskilled labour charges tool, tackles, hire charges, including transportation charges, unforeseen charges, etc.

WARD SUCTION UNIT CE MARKED: Providing and installation of Ward Suction Unit with 600ml Capacity jars along with suction control valve as per requirement. The job also includes fitting of high-pressure tubes and mounting the vacuum bottles on wall clamps. The rates are including all taxes, cost of material, skilled/unskilled labour charges tool, tackles, hire charges, including transportation charges, unforeseen charges, etc.

DIGITAL GAS MONITORING ALARM SYSTEM CE Marked: Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical Area Line Pressure Alarm System (3 services) in various wards/units of the hospital to detect the fault whenever there is deviation from the normal operating limits of pressure. It also includes mounting the Alarm System on the wall and then connecting it by means of Welding / brazing. The rates are including all taxes, cost of material, skilled/unskilled labour charges tool, tackles, hire charges, including transportation charges, unforeseen charges, etc.

MEDICAL AREA VALVE BOX SERVICES UNIT CE Marked: Providing and fitting of isolation Valve box (3 services) complete in all respects including gauges (valves not included). The rates are including all taxes, cost of material, skilled/unskilled labour charges tool, tackles, hire charges, including transportation charges, unforeseen charges, etc.

HIGH PRESSURE ANTI-STATIC HOSE: Providing of high pressure anti-static hose for following different types of gases i.e Oxygen, Vacuum, and Compressed Air. Colour codes Oxygen-White, vacuum-yellow surgical air-grey or as per standards, as per requirement. The rates are all inclusive.
