Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including securing or tying at crosing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concertina coil 60cm dia in spread position, reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire laid and tied with GI binding wire 0.9mm dia at places where ever required to barbed wire/angle iron support complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (1) Cost of specialist tools and safty items if any required and binding wire etc shall be included in quoted rate. (2) Spacing between adjacent loops shall not be more than 200 mm in spread position.

Labour only for re laying of concertina coil re arranging spacing including removing from existing location and securing with with GI binding wire 0.9mm dia at places where ever required to barbed wire/angle iron support complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (1) Cost of specialist tools and safty items if any required and binding wire etc shall be included in quoted rate. (2) Spacing between adjacent loops shall not be more than 200 mm in spread position. (3) Finished length of concertina coil will be mode of measurement

S&F chain link fencing of 3.25mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm x 100mm mesh as in chain link fencing including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Mild Steel 10mm round or square bar Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link Fencing in same position including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI Strap under fencing, welding etc and laid / fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling posts / struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete / brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild Steel Fencing Post and Struts, Channel, Angle or Tee Sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also welding fastening and fixing complete Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work work in cement mortar 1:6 exc. 6m mean radius using old size sub class'B' bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar CM (1:4) of approved make for external wall surface finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick sand cast plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with coarse sand particles upto 8mm on and over newly plastered surface of wall in specified shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of New or previously untreated steel & Iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any discription over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holdes), in any type of soil, each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel, Plain black sheet of 1.25 mm thick as in curtain to steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; handmade sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of stainless steel letters of approx size 24 inch and depth not exceeding 6 inch of any nos ,permanently fixing in any surface,any position in required format with brackets or necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : work can carried out upto 12 mtr height .

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement : 1/2 coarse sand :2 stone chipping 8 to 10 mm nominal size) in panels with aluminium beading groove (size of aluminium beading 10 mmx 10 mm) all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing and colour (as per user direction) the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : work can carried out upto 15 mtr height.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation,sub base under tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-21using 20mm graded aggregate as coping, bed blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast machine pressed concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M 35 grade with grey cement and pigment including 50 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel galvalume sheet/valley gutter any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings incuding ridges for north light truss complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / Cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws sheet in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
