Removal of white colour wash by steel wire brushing and scrapping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing two coats of Birla white wall care putty ( Water resistant white cement based putty for concrete / mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or white brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water and specified and directed by the department. ( Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.50 mm) (I) Thickness 1.50 mm

Applying one self priming coat of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand, thinning by adding water as per the specification of the manufacture over freshly plastered wall surface after thoroughly brooming the free of mortar dropping and other foreign matter, including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing Old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti - fungal exterior painting painting of Apex brand of Asian Paints and of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels ( two coats)

Synthetic enamel paint, aluminium paint/bituminous paint on steel and other metal surfaces : (i) Removing old pain from steel and other surface and making the surface even. (a) with hand scraping.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100 mm width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a) With ready mixed red lead/ red oxide primer.

Painting on steel sufaces : Providing and applying two coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surfaces after thorough cleaning of surface to give an even shade.

Cold milling of bituminous Pavement surface up to the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine without disturbing the under laying layers to proper line and level , cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials , stacking the milled materials for reuse, necessary guarding and berricading & lighting, including higher charge of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer- in- charge. a) For depth up to 100 mm

Loading and unloading by Mechanical means : Placing tipper at loading point , loading with front end loader, dumping, turning for return trip , excluding time for haulage (B) Stone Aggregates ( Removal of miled materials from site to recycling plant )

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, emixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) A) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen I) for Grading I ( 40 mm nominal size )

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) A) With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) II) for Grading-II(13 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign.
