Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Soft / loose soil including forming bottom surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe / cables 45 CM wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling / with material and , watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1;2;4,type B-1, 100 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 75 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of road for cable crossing, 60 cm below the road horizontally including all arrangement of T&P and necessary excavation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable silica jel with new crystal clear silica jel for breather of transformer, as shown, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for GI pipe light grade in repair for road crossing / on wall / on pole for cable protection of following size:- a) 50 mm dia

b) 80 mm dia

c) 100 mm dia

M & L to find out fault in LT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size of LT UG Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation in any type of strata to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable required at site same size of faulty cable if required for jointing purpose will be paid in relevant item. (ii) Jointing material will be paid in relevant Item.

M & L to find out fault in HT line bring/call fault finding machine equipment and find out fault in any size HT UG Cable including disconnecting of cable connection from both side panels/poles and necessary excavation in any type of strata to reach upto cable and making space for cable joint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cable required at site same size of faulty cable if required for jointing purpose will be paid in relevant item. (ii) Jointing material will be paid in relevant Item.

Supply and jointing straight through joint, 11000 volts grade heat shirnkable type suitable for 3 core to 95 Sqmm,to 120sq mm HT, XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair straight through cable jointing kit 22 KV earthed grade heat shrinkable joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old cable end termination and supply and jointing new Cable end termination heat shrinkable outdoor type suitable for 22KV, 185 sqmm XLPE, 3 Core power cable with aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 22 KV earthed graded cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing defective HT UG cable of following size in trenches / pipes / pole for attending the repair,jointing materials, refixing / relaying back in trenches fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed . (a) upto 185 sqmm 3 core. Note-: (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (ii) Old U/S cable shall be the property of contractor and will be measured in Sch of credit]

Supply and laying HT UG Cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core heavy duty 22000 volts grade with aluminium conductor strip armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed incl jointing material etc. Laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on wall / pole or drawn through pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing defective LT UG cable of following size in trenches / pipes / pole for fault finding /attending the repair and repair the same all as specified and directed . (a) 6 sq mm 2/3/3.5/4 core upto 50 sqmm 3/3.5/4 core.

(b) 95 sq mm x3.5 core upto 185 x3.5 core sqmm. Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork will be measured and paid speratly under relevent item. (ii) If the existing cable become faulty and can not be useful, then cable / joint kit shall be provided by contractor as supply and fix . Retrived cable shall be handed over to contractor as schedule of credit.

Note :- Insulator shall be measured and paid under relavant items.

Servicing the 11 KV GOD by cleaning the contact, disc/pin insulator with CTC & applying the petrolium jelly at the contact point/down rod links for smooth operation including replacing the rusted/corroted bolts & nuts and defective insulator of GOD complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Insulator shall be measured and paid under relavant items.

Isolate/de-energize the supply to the HT/LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 200 Amps to 2000 Amps, opening the doors/covers of the cubicle enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the panel board comprising of the following:- a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower and apply insulating varnish. b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required. c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required. Note : Contractor has to inspect the site before quoting. Any modifications/frame work and renewal is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Disconnecting all the electrical connections from H.T.and L.T. side of unserviceable transformer of cap above 160 KVA to 500 KVA i.e. Jumpers/cable from the cable end box or bushings & earthing terminal of the transformers, loading and unloading of transformer & transportation by vehicle from substation to the repairing workshop including reinstallation, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nut bolts then after removing the internal HT.& LT connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank removing out burnt HV and LV windings from the core assembly,Draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC of transformer having ratio 22/0.433 KV . Rewinding of HV and LV coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire / strip ( As Existing ) having suitable class insulation material . Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and remove all the moisture present in it , removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank , after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushings,fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop, complete all as specified and directed for various capacities as under :- a) upto 160KVA

b) All as per item no 54.00 above 160KVA to 500 KVA

Scrubbing of old rusted paint from transformer and preparation of surfaces for fresh painting, by means of spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour of transformer up capacity 100 KVA to 500 KVA and writing SM No/MES No of the transformer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration of transformer oil with mobile transformer oil filtration plant at site with all accessaries connected to transformer and carrying out filteration of oil for desired dielectric strength i.e. not less than 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Test certificates shall be submitted before and after filteration for dielectric strength on the proper format.

M & L for replacement of breather assembly of transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metalic cover, filled with silica jel blue in colour and suitable for pipe entry of 15/20/25mm dia as per the site requirement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Filling/ topping up new transfermer oil of approved make conforming to IS- 335 / 1983 including testing of IR value of the oil not less than 50 KV at 2.5mm gap, complete all as specifaied and as directed.

M&L for taking down transformer oil level indicator assembly of transformer upto 500 KVA capacity from position for making visibility of oil level by lowering oil level in conservator including cleaning thoroughly, painting, changing of gaskets and acrylic sheet, fixing back in position refilling the removed oil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lifting of transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA, 22/ 0.433 KV carefully by suitable transportation (crane) after disconnecting all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips, foundation nuts & bolts and shifting to a location not more than 100 m and reconnecting all electrical connection to its original position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Earth work require for re-routing of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for earth testing, identifying the earthings in system and recording the results on indicator board and producing three copies of test sheet duly signed by Contractorcomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cost of labour and tools required for testing is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for repair to earth chamber by providing plastering to existing earth chamber including provision of new earth chamber cover of specified size and marking the earth pit number, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of earth pit indicator board made out of MS sheet 6mm thick of size 25cm x 15cm fixed on MS flat of size 40 x 6mm x 1.2mtr (long) by means of nut, bolt/ welding duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint of approved colour including writing the letters of size not exceeding 60mm all as directed by Engineer - in - charge. Material & labour for servicing cum repairing of RMU SF6 Panel of capacity 630 Amps, 22 KV, 3 pole, outdoor type, ABB make by opening all covers/ strips,replacement of complete internal AC/DC circuit wiring with existing size of wire, cleaning, lubricating, internally & externally all contacts, springs, tripping system including adjustment, tightening, filling of gas & setting of all contacts & inserting it in its original position, re-assembling all parts and fixing in its panel for smooth functioning of the circuit breaker internal and external painting as per exsting colour, reinsulation of HT busbar and calibration of relays and tripping mechanism, to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.
