Producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder [email protected]% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site applying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per M.O.R.T.&H. specification clause 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing of pavement maker (Cat Eye) Type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennison/3-M (USA Maker) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with lightly adherent plotting compound. the housing shall contain prismatic two glass covered prismatic reflective face to reflect incident light i/c all tax. (S.l.no.11)

Providing and laying of Center line & Edge line road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectonsing glass beads @250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes (S.l.no.1)
