Laying of cables Under ground/Trench Laying of one No. cable above 35 sqmm and upto 185 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed[1(b)/F-2]

Laying of one No. cable of 300 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed[NS]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :[7(c)/F-4] For 4 core 70 sqmm

Supply and Fixing of MS ladder type cable tray made of Hot dip GI sheet of 2mm Thickness and 600mm wide

Supply and fixing MS angle support made of 75mm x 75mm x 8mm MS angle for support the cable vertically on wall ncluding welding, hole cutting, 4nos bullet fastener and painting with 2 coat RO primer and Black Japan paint.

Hiring charges for scafflding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage for installation of cable tray outside of building around 9 mtr height from ground and 40 mtr wide.

SITC of floor mounting cubicle type indoor compartmentalized 415 Volt. 50 Hz. dust & moisture proof L.T. distribution panel board fabricated from 3mm CRCA sheet. The panel should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming & outgoing witches and bus bars with all inter connections in between the switches & bus bars with solid copper rod / flexible wire of suitable capacity. The panel should be provided with cable alley for facilitating connection of all the incoming & outgoing XLPE cables with termination arrangements by supply & fixing copper terminal bar / bolt of required sizes. The 2 nos.

G.I earth bus bar should run along the full length of the panel board. The incoming terminals of ACB & MCCB as well as out going terminals of MCCB should be provided with Extra copper bar of suitable capacity for smooth termination of double feeders. All incoming / outgoing ACB / MCCB / SFU units should have identification as directed by the E.I.C. The panel board should be painted by powder coated paint & the layout diagram of the panel board should be approved by the E.I.C before manufacturing. The panel board should be manufactured by CPRI Approved manufacturer :

There must be at least 4 NO +4NC AUXILIARY CONTACT.The circuit breaker are to be complied IEC/EN60947-2. ACB but with castle locking arrangement, as bus coupler including electrical connection with both the bus-bars. (Make – L & T,/Siemens/ABB/Schneider)---2 nos Type Test Certificates for short circuit withstand of 50KA(1swc) along with 415V( Uimp=12kv-peak)Icu@415V=Ics=Icw=100% must be produced

Bus bar chamber :- do-do 2000 Amp capacity 4 bar electrolytic tinned copper bus bar mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification and segregated in two (2) equal length by keeping space for suitable accommodation of bus-coupler in the center of BBC.---1 set
