Supplying, erecting and commissioning of diesel generating set with alternator of 25 kVA output continuous rating, 3 Phase, 415 V, 50c/s 0.8 p. f. A.C a totally enclosed air cooled / liquid cooled multi-cylinder diesel engine developing suitable BHP at 1500 rpm with 10% overload for 1 hour in 12 hours, along with standard accessories, self-excited, self-regulated, screen protected alternator with static excitation system running at 1500 RPM as per IS 4722-2001 with voltage regulation +/- 5 %. Both the engine and alternator direct coupled on a common fabricated steel base frame and mounted on anti-vibrating pads with standard control panel comprising meters, switchgears, indicators connected with suitable wires/cables, the complete set enclosed in composite Acoustic enclosure as fully assembled integral unit made of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet, sound absorbing material to restrict sound level upto 75 dB at 1.0 m, provided with first filling of oil, diesel etc. as per specification no. GEN-DG

Providing insulation for the WTP by providing Puff pannelled walls of 100mm thick pannels as per direction of engineer in charge

Providing & Fixing for any special purpose if RTD (Resistance Temperature Detectorand ) and Space heater are required in addition ,add following extra charges with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position applying a priming coat of ready red lead paint, Using MS sections ie Angles,Channels etc or MS pipes ) in buildings , including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete :- In grating,framed guards & ladders etc.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted sheet in roofting with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hook , bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with al;l accesoriees as required as per the directionn of Engineer-in -charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals.

Survey, Investigation , design (Hydraulic design of WTP ) and submission of drawings (3 sets) vetted from reputed institution like NIT Hamirpur , IIT Mandi or any other IIT/NIT as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.
