Taking down old unserviceable street light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing LED street light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated pressure die cast housing with toughned glass cover in frame, with lumen output not less than 8400 lumens suitable wattage for system efficiency not less than 120 lumens/Watt, having secondary optics, min wattage 70 watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66 and potted electronic driver of minimum IP 67 with THD less then 10%, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT 5700K, SPD of capacity 10 KV etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable street light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing inverter type LED street light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated pressure die cast housing with toughned glass cover in frame, with lumen output not less than 9000 lumens suitable wattage for system efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt, having secondary optics, min wattage 90 watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66 and potted electronic driver of minimum IP 67 with THD less then 10%, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT 5700K, SPD of capacity 10 KV, battery backup time upto 4 Hrs with minimum initial lumen reduced to 40% complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable street light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing Solar LED street light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated pressed die cast aluminium / ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) body, with lumen output not less than 4000 lumens suitable wattage for system efficiency not less than 130 lumens/Watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66, CRI>70, CCT 6500K, minimum battery capacity 15 AH with battery back up of minimum 8-10 Hrs with microwave based motion sensor complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Note :Street light pole for mounting light fitting (if required) shall be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule]

Taking down old unserviceable security light fittings roadway lumanarie type from any height and Supply & fixing LED security light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass cover in frame, with lumen output not less than 4500 lumens and suitable wattage for system efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt, Min 45 watt roadway lumanarie type with ingress protection IP 65/66 and potted electronic driver with THD less then 10%, PF>0.95, CRI>70, CCT 5700K, SPD of capacity 5 KV etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [Note for item Nos. 1 to 5 : (i) Contractor shall submit LM 79 and LM 80 test report from manufacturer from approved laboratroy. (ii) The GI pipe bracket if required will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including dismantling of old damaged RCC/ Steel poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE :- Earth work, Cement concrete in foundation, coping, etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down and Supply & fixing IP 65 / 66 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of size 205X255X112, which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole / surface / frame with the help of GI clamp of required size / self drill screw, with 32 Amp four way connector and one no of MCB SP 6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge

Supply laying and testing of 15/16mm SDR 13.5 pipes & plain CPVC pipe along with SDR 11 fittings on wall/pole of CPVC pipes including taking down of old pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and supply and laying 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC sheathed multi strandard copper conductor PVC insulated 1100 volt FRLSH grade three core cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Supply and fix GI bracket for street lights made out of medium grade GI pipe 40mm dia, not less than 1.2 mtr long bend to shape as directed, fixed on poles / walls with two Nos GI clamp of size 25 x 3mm flat iron suitable for steel tubular pole / wall fixing including suitable GI nuts and bolts washers including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any core any size and any type complete from trenches/cable duct/on wall/roof including DWC pipe (if provided) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Suppy and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade of size 4 core 6 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade of size 4 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy and laying in trenches, fixed on walls, passing through pipes, jointing and testing of electric LT cables, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables with stranded aluminium conductors 1100 Volts grade of size 4 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item Nos 14, 15 & 16 (i) The rates shall be inclusive of Cable lugs at both ends of cable. (ii) Excavation earth, return and re filling shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) Insulation Resistance value of cable shall be recorded before and after laying of cable.

Supply & Laying DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 50 mm, polythylene confirming to IS 16205 part-24 including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable including taking down unserviceable DWC pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying DWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of 63 mm, polythylene confirming to IS 16205 part-24 including coupler & Bend with smoooth inernal and corrugated external surface for non pressue under ground cable including taking down unserviceable DWC pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches any type of soil (soft/loose/hard/dense) not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation, pipe, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqmtr on plan and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 20 here in before but exc 1.5m or part there of in depth beyond 1.5m depth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5meter above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C2 matching with the surroundings all as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe of light grade 40mm dia all fitting fixture for fixing with wall / road crossing etc including taking down of old rusted GI pipe & fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Road cutting / earthwork work shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition / dismantling of PCC any grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 Nominal mix with 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete type C2 grade with using 40 mm aggregate (1:3:6) in foundations filling and mass concrete including formwork complete all as directed.

Material and labour Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping/collar of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level )with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with galvanized iron GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked)of size 15mm for protection of GI earth wire upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1 with angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing) and dismantling old defective earthpit. .

M&L for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable two run of 1.5 Sqmm single core (FRLSH) 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, medium duty not less than 25 mm dia fixed on wall/ceiling with GI saddles, GI screws, rawl plugs with all fittings and one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor(FRLSH) for earth continuity wire including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : three runs of cable and 01 run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking down and Supply & fixing IP 65 / 66 thermoplastic-polycarbonate cable junction box of size 93 x 93 x 62 mm with terminal which is totally shock proof, water proof, halogen free, silica and having internally embedded gasket technology fixing on pole / surface / frame with the help of GI calmp of required size / self drill screw, with one no of MCB SP 6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -charge

Supply & fixing Switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way 5 Amp complete including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC Gang box 2 way for mounting piano switches including taking down complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers, junction box covers for street light poles with locking arrangement and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 including applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and dismantling old rusted metal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install hi wall split AC units indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minumum 5 star rating of capacity 2.0 TR comlete all as specified and as directed.
