SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-VI) (Black Top Bitumen Internal Road of 300 m x 3.0 m)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm deep dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making goods undulation etc and re rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5m as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supplying & laying stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 13.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer with proper gradient and camber etc complete(150mm thick )

Supplying and laying stone aggregate of 63 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 11.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power roa droller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer to proper grade and camber etc. Complete

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight bitumen of VG-10 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on wbm @0.75 kg/sqm

Providing & applying 2.5 cm premise carpet surface with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively 100 Sqm and 52 Kg and 56 Kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively,including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 ton capacity etc. Complete with paving asphalt 30/40 VG 10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 gm per kg of asphalt

Providing and laying seal coat of premissed fine aggregate (passing2.36mm and retained on 180 micron seive) with bitumen using 128 Kg of bitumen of graded 80-100(vg-10) bitumen per cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface incl rolling and finishing with road roller in complete.

Supply & Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work on chain link fencing

Provision & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos founds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer

Provision & Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. 16.18.1 With G.I. barbed wire
