Work of Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of 90 MLD STP at Bellandur for the period of 5 years.

The tenderer as prime or lead contractor, in any one year should have satisfactorily completed As a Prime or lead Contractor, the tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Activated Sludge Process of value not less than Rs.868.09 lakh.

viii.The tenderer should have executed operation and maintenance of72 MLD capacity STP Activated Sludge Process in the last five financial years meeting following effluent parameters as per Honble National Green Tribunal norms for minimum one year pH-instantaneous range-6.5-9, BODs at 20 degree-10 mg/L, COD- 50mg/L, TSS-10mg/L, Total Nitrogen -10mg/L ,Total Phosphorou-1 mg/L, Fecal Coliform-230 MPN/100ml

As a Prime Contractor should have O&M Experience of 72 MLD STPwith Tertiary Treatment Unit/ Additional Treatment Unit i.e., Disc Filtration / Ultra Filtration/ Membrane Bio Reactor/ Sand filter of minimum One year.

The tenderer should have executed in any one year Operational & maintenance ofminimum72 MLDcapacity STP based on Activated Sludge Process

The tenderer should have in the last 5 years period achieved in at least two financial years an minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 694.47 lakhs

The tenderer should demonstrate Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.86.81lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized / Schedule banks in India for meeting the fund requirement etc.,)
