Shifting, positioning and setting up piling equipment required for piling work at each piling location for piles as shown in the drawings and/or as directed including labour, materials, fuel, tools, equipment etc. all complete. 600 mm dia pile
Supply, fabrication and delivery to site cylindrical liners made from MS plates of the following thickness including gas cutting, bending, welding at yard & site, transporting, all labour, material, tools, equipment, fuel etc all complete. (Quantity payable shall be from the bottom of driven length upto pile cut-off level. Wastage shall not be paid. Extra stiffening at the bottom of liner, if required shall be taken care in the rates & will not be paid separately). 6 mm thick for 600 mm dia pile
Handling, lowering and pitching of fabricated liners at each pile location as shown in the drawings or as directed, including necessary lateral bracings etc for stability until completion of all : 6 mm thick for 600 mm dia pile
Driving of liners from sea bed level to refusal. (Quantity payable shall be from the bottom of driven length upto bed level). 6 mm thick for 600 mm dia pile
Cast-in-place pile installation by boring through all types of soil, boulders and rock including loose sandy soil, clayey soil, laterite weathered rock, and hard rock , by mud circulation as per IS 2911(Part-1/sec-2), from seabed level /ground level to the founding level. Pile shall be terminated as defined in specification (Length of pile varies depending upon the site conditions), Cast-in-situ bored reinforced concrete vertical piles, control of position and alignment, drilling mud, maintaining the pile bore including casing up to refusal, cleaning the pile bore using air lift technique, including cost of all necessary layout, material, plant and equipment, dewatering (if required), bentonite slurry, carriage and disposing of bored spoil material and contaminated mud etc, complete with labour, materials, equipment, handling, transportation, as per specification, drawings and instructions of the Engineer, for piles of following diameter Boring in all types of soil excluding rock from sea bed level upto rock touch level . 600 mm dia piles

Providing corrosion resistant steel CRS-50 bars of (SAIL, TATA, VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.)(Confirming to IS 1786 if 1985) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position along with factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member . Note: 1) “High Yield Strength Deformed” reinforcement of grade Fe 500 D in piles including labour, materials, tools transport, cage lowering, equipment, fuel etc. all complete. 2) Provisions of authorised lapping and hooking arrangements as per the drawings shall also be measured and paid under this item. 600 mm dia piles
Dressing of pile head, stacking the debris at convenient place, transportation to the municipality dumping ground or as directed by the Engineer and all associated cleaning of projected reinforcements including labour, materials, tools, equipment, fuel etc. all complete. Note: 1) Rate to include for cutting of steel liners and chipping of concrete above pile cut-off level 600 mm dia piles
Conducting low strain pile integrity test on R.C.C. bored piles foundations using pile integrity tester equpment manufactured by Pile Dynamics Inc. of USA or TOM of Netherlands conforming to ASTHD 5882.

Note: Supply and fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item.
Collect the precast concrete elements such as slabs / Fender wall etc of varying sizes including all operations, labour, tools, tackles, plants, equipment fuel etc. all complete from the storage yard, transportation and place them as per required lines and levels according to the specifications, Drawings and/ or as directed by the Engineer: Note: Any Staging / supporting arrangement required or provided or as directed by Engineer for supporting the precast elements shall not be paid extra.
Preparation and placing of in-situ concrete of grade M40 for various components such as slabs, Kerb etc as per required lines & levels including , mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, curing the concrete including labour, materials, tools, equipment, fuel and all sampling, testing, records etc. all complete according to the specifications, Drawings and/ or as directed by the Engineer. Note: Supply and fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item. Deck Slab including areas over beam widths, kerbs / upstands, etc.

Providing and laying screed concrete of grade M-25 (Mix design) in slope with coarse sand & graded granitic or basaltic stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size as per mix design requirement excluding plastering & cost of centering/shuttering & reinforcement. including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer. M-25 grade of reinforced cement concrete by using 410 kg of cement per cu.m of concrete. All complete according to the Drawings and/ or as directed by the Engineer.
Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923 /Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW ,APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yield Stress 310 Mpa)) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including galvanising all around and painting of exposed surfaces welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.
