Providing and fixing marine grade 19mm thick ply wood for flooring including fixing to the shelter base with necessary screws/ bold nuts etc complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing, laying and fixing PVC sheet flooring (2mm thick) to the wooden floor with SR998 or equivalent adhesive as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying to the shelter panel joints and GI sheet wall cladding joints with silicon sealant as directed by the Engineer in Charge. a) Shelter inner size 3.00 x 2.00 metre

Providing pedestal for stay including Demolishing the existing damaged stay pedestal of Pole structures at all levels including all the operations below: Cleaning the RCC including removal of water proofing / flooring if any. Drilling the concrete up to a depth of 100 mm for fixing required bolts and nuts. Cleaning of drilled holes to remove all dirts and to be filled with HIT-RE 500 V4 injection mortar for rebar. Providing cement concrete (Mix 1:1.5:3) pedestal of size 30x30x15cm for side supports as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate includes all operations mentioned above i.e tightening of stay wire,hoisting, erection, lifting materials, centering, scaffolding, safety measures and disposal of rubbish as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of size 75x47x1.80 mm stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete :

Providing roofing for Shelter of required size consisting of truss work with colour coated Galvalume sheet with truss work and purlin consists of 32 mm MS square tube with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm, three no of trusses should be spaced equally and purlins spacing not more than 1.00m. The roofing sheet shall be pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.47 mm thick of JSW or Tata blue scope make. The roofing sheet shall be shall be fixed using self-tapping screws of required size with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical laid to an area projected 30cm from outer wall. The sides shall be covered with 0.47 mm plain - colour coated Galvalume sheet 20 cm vertically from top edge and the gable ends of the truss work shall be covered with 0.47 mm plain - colour coated Galvalume sheet as per the drawing enclosed and directions of Engineer-in-charge. The truss work shall be painted with epoxy paint of two or more coats including a priming coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of asynethetic enamel paint. The fabrication of the trusses shall be done as per the approved drawing all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes all the components and nothing extra shall be paid. a) Shelter outer size 3.15m x 2.15m

Providing, laying and fxing to the truss and purlin frame work colour coated GI corrugated roofing sheet of approved quality and make for roofing of shelter and Plain colour coated GI sheet for cladding of shelter walls with selft tapping EPDM gasket fitted screws as directed by the Engineer in Charge.( sheet thickness 0.47mm)

Providing and fixing 250x16 mm Stainless steel sliding door bolts with 100mm bolt , nuts and screws etc. complete :

Removing prefab door shutters and shutters of area upto 3 sqm from position and re-fixing the same true to vertical all as directed by the Eng-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required cololur to give an even shade: a) Two or more coats on new work. For steel steps and side channels.( approx 7sqm area)
