Taking out shrubs / vegetation / tree growth from building at any height & any location and applying a Glyphosate pesticide or any other equivalent pesticide in a 10ml of solution mixed with one litre of water and apply on roots using spray gun including taking down cement plaster not exc 0.50 sqm for each tree and making good surface by plastering the same area with 20mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4mixed with and including WPC and finishing the surface to match with existing surface including necessary scaffolding and T&P as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per Manufacturer's instructions for laying APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particles and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 200 gms per sqm and then laying 3 mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane weighing not less than 3.50 kg/sqm reinforced weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm laid by torch application method overlap while torching shall be 75 mm on length and 100 mm width side, all angles & bituminous should sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage all joints and changes covered with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical as per manufacturer's instructions and cured well before laying membrane etc and applying aluminium paint @ 100 gram / sqm on roof ,on vertical surfaces etc including removing the existing roof treatment of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm/ 450 x 300 x 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as dado,skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including backing coat / rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including over and including seceed bed / bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified .

M&L for joint free non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e. ashlar facing dressing stone work, precast concrete articles etc of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry made with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate ,exceeding 10 cm in width and set and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with two component Elastomeric Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating. including taking down existing treatment , demolition of PCC in sunken protion of Toilet, Bathroom etc and removing the debries beyond the premises off site and carry out the following : - (a) M&L for cleaning of the sunken / lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus 300mm above FFL) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. (b) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 5 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and including integral liquid WPC as per Manufacturer instruction. Testing dampness and seepage by filling the entire area with water ,if seepage noticed , nozzles shall be fixed and epoxy grouting to be carried out. (c) All junctions points of side walls where PVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty and After drying of putty, washing the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear.

(d) Applying first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (e) Applying second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. The layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (f) Provide 40mm dia medium grade GI spout at the lowest point with 400mm long. (g) 50 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope mixed with WPC and All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6. (h) Cement concrete PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 20mm graded brick aggregates as in sunken portion. (j) 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound.

Note : (i) For Payment purpose, plain area of Sunken portion shall be measured. (ii) Testing the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . (iii) Test shall be done in presence of Representative of user and photographical record for each sunken slab shall be maintained and produced during payment (iv) The treatment shall be carried out by the Authorised applicators of chemicals Manufactuer.
