CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING AT LAKSHMI NARASIMHA NAGAR H/O ONNALVADI

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc complete complying with standard specifications and as per

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Filling in basement with conveyed WELL GRAVEL layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered,rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc.,complete.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost).

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be throughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing, the surface then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. Then shall be sand papered to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by 1st coat of putty mixed with water on entire surface. the putty should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on work.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the top of roof with solar reflective ceramic tiles of size 305X305X7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three M.sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (nitotile Grout or Equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three crushed stone M.sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 kg /sqm., curing. etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Fabrication and supply of mild steel Door of any required size with double leaf, outter frame of 35X35X5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25X25X5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2nos, horizontal and 3 nos, diagonal for each shutter using MS flat of size 20X5mm fully coveredwith 18 gauge plain MS full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding 6 nos of hold fasts, 2 nos wind appliances, 3 nos, tower bolts, 1 no aldrop 2 nos handles,fixing shutter with 6 nos of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer

Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any required size with two leaf outter frame of 35X35X5mm equal MSL angle, million section made of 35X35X5mm equal T-section, shutter frame made of 25X25X5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened etc.,

Providing and fixing PVC Rainwater Downfall pipes of 110mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other specials, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials.

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Interior/Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU. Conductor for open pvc light point, fan point (SD 52)

Supply and run off 4X6 sqm PVC unsheated sc unsheated, copper conductor of 1100V grade for service main (SD 73)

Supply and fixing run off 2X1.50sqm PVC insulated Sc. Unsheated Sc conductor of 1100v grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for Service Main (SD 68)
