Material and labour for straight through heat shrinkable type joints using jointing kit suitable for 6.6 KV PVC (UE)/ XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Dismantling the existing four Pole/Six pole structure including tubular pole, cross arms , insulators etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of poles /pipes/strip alignment and RMU etc incl necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) with all fittings, fixed to wall /ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing 6.6 KV (UE) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. . Make- Havells or equivalent in Polycab/Gloster

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning /sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a disance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing heat-shrinkable indoor type cable end jointing kit suitable for 6.6 KV PVC / XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make- 3M or equivalant in RAYCHEM/M Seal /Denson

Material and labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level connected with galvanised earthing strip of size 32mm x 6mm by means of nuts, bots, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not esceeding 50 Mtr etc all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule Part-I complete including taking down and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable Route Indicactor manufactured from Cast Iron / Mild steel of minimum size i 600 x 300 x 50 mm complete all as specified and directed .

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
