Note: Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panel with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutters wood is to be incorporated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Box type steel windows and ventilator comprised of tubular frame and shutters made out of 1.25 mm thick M S sheet tube factory made with double side shutters wire gauged shutter & glass/ glazed shutter (wire cloth and glass panes only shall be measured and paid seperately) with side hung shutters with steel handle and steel peg stay dovetailed or welded including 2 Nos tower bolts 150 mm long for each leaf and 10 mm square bar grills at spacing as shown on drg welded to FI frame work, including other fittings, hinges, handles, tarred hold fasts, PCC blocks etc all as shown on drg No CEPZ/TD-354/09 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness , size, quality, or description) from metal frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads/ clips, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead / glazing pins in squares size n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 34 but frosted/ pin head type glass.

S&F in repair 20mm dia fancy type dropery rod of wooden shade with PVC bracket and PVC finials over door and window fixed with steel screw and PVC cleat complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM (1:4) finished rough, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

(b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm manufacture by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane. (d) Top of membrane shall be provide with solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacture of membrane.

Laying of membrane.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 45,995.50 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
