Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type, step down transformer, 11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase 50 Hz, 400 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, Oil Natural-Air Natural (ON AN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at +5% to -10% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 Part-1 2014 and BEE certified (not below level-ll) with standard fitting including construction of suitable size of stone masonary platform with cement morter 1:4 with necessary finishes & painting. Platform size including fencing with chain link fixed with suitable size of Angle Iron and Openable door , fabrication works & finishes as per IS standard or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specied directed . Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor (Stranded) 1100V grade cross-sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed on pole etc complete all as specified and directed .

M & L cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV ( Earthed) grade cable for Indoor termination heat shrinkable end joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE Armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed .

M & L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 X 75 X 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. Head screw.

M &L tubes galvanised in repair with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/with pole/trenches "Light grade" 80 mm dia for the protection of the U/G cable complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of cable/ stay assy/LT poles and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling incl spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard and dense soil.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5mtr above the starting point.

Sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx 150mm x 40mm for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick. complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick. complete all as specified & directed .
