NH5 to Dakhinakula_Road_SDBC_2.600 to 3.700 and 4.000 to 4.764

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per sepification and complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etccomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etccomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion and construction joints, applying sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms,spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road workcomplete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
