Dept. or Undertaking / Universities, Engg, Colleges etc. An experience certificate to this effect is to be produced. b) Competence / Expertise of the Bidder in the execution of the tendered work if awarded. c) Further conditions and details of tenders incorporated in tender document is binding on all the bidders. d) The bidder may be a Government Organization / PSU / PSE / partnership firm or a limited Company under Indian Laws having valid Class A ISP License.
