Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering into two layers consisting 10mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for edging/coping complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling random rubble, brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for drain set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable LED light fittings of any watt and type from existing position on pole/ wall/ tower/gate, complete for and including repair and refixing in existing position after repair all as specified and as directed Note: (i) New spare parts required for replacing old unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as ‘ Supply only’ under relavent item here-in-after ii) Labour cost for replacing spare parts,removing unserviceable parts, dismantling light fitting and refixing are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil including removing green vegetation,roots,bushes etc from surroundings near electric poles/panels or sub stations area Complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and Trimming of tree branches touching street / security poles or light fittings etc, to clear the tree branches around the pole and maintain a clearance of 1.50 M radius of the pole top or light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) An area of 1.5 M surrounding the pole to be cleared off trees branches. (ii) Measurement and payment will be made for all cutting / trimming near top of the each pole as one job only.
