Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and onveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in requiredtemperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for Speed Breaker

Providing and laying of premix carpet with seal coat type 'A' 20mm consolidated thickness using IRC size machine broken HG metal 0.18 cum of 13.20mm and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm with 14.60 kg of 80/100 grade Bitumen for premixing for 10 sq.m of premix carpet and 0.09 cum of 6.70mm IRC size HBG metal with 9.80 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen for 10 sq.m for seal coat including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurements including cost of bitumen which will be procured by the contractor at his own cost including conveyance of bitumen to work spot, handling charges for the same at both ends including heating the bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with Bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet rolling by power roller for premix carpets and sealcoat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet application bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet including labour charges for spreading the seal coat including hire charges and running charges for mini hot mix plant power roller and all other tools and plants employed all indicated charges such as barricading, providing danger lights etc., complete complying with standards specifications as per MOST 509, 513

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc, complete (as per MORT&H specification No.803)

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of 'category B' Rasied pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ ABS moulded body and reflective panels (bi-convex reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D 4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH.33023 / 10 /97 - DO. III dt.11.06.97 and the length,height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90 mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro - reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 Sq.Cm. The slope or retro - reflectory surface shall be 35 + 5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORT &H circular and two cylindrical Polymer Shanks of not less than 20 mm diameter and not less than 30 mm length shall be provided for better anchorage
