Material and labour for preparation of new and previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Material and labour for ESE advance lighting arrester system, the system should be so designed to capable of protecting against direct lightning points as well as conducting / diverting it to earth completely tracing the lightning in advance. Note : The system should consist of the following components for performingthe desired task. (a) Manning and Labour for early streamer emmission air terminal model No ION streamer 1.0 with following features :- (i) Stainless steel central capture head of 316L (ii) Other avoiding bolting and water infilteration that can cause premature corosion. (iii) ION generator device non electronics type for early streamer emission. (iv) Control over the release of ions positive or negative. (v) Area of coverage upto 79 m radius. (vi) System should not depend on electrical energy (vii) Should be SPRI tested.

Supply & installation of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pie technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated), Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system conforming IS 3034. The dia of pipe shall be 76.2 mm, 3 mtrs length, zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on th etop side for additional protection of the terminal. The angular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. Digging the pits and refilling the same by Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), In areas where soil condition is bad, good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits. Mixing the good earth(replaced/same) with BFC 4 bags (Each bags should be 25 Kgs) per pit/unit. The BFC should be eco friendly, it should not contain environmental hazardous material/metal having RoHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. As the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provided a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The materials should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions.
