Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.50m wide and n. exc 1.50m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (200mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick, stone work built in any cement mortar and in any location, removing rubbish etc outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 including flush pointing with same mortar as the work proceed complete as specified.

All as per serial item No. 21 herein before but internal dia of pipe 200mm –ditto-

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth in soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stoneware gully traps 150mm x 100mm, square or round mouthed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing salt-glazed stone ware gully trap square or round mouthed, type ‘P’ 100mmX 100mm , including provision of C.I grating over the trap and embedding the trap in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 block of size 30cm x 30cm x 45cm deep (Cost of PCC block also included in this item), fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bends, rungs, MS round bars handle, straps, supports for stays for rain water ventilations pipes incl bolts if any reqd hooks (stay), heavy for large gates, hook and piddle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall titles, hooks for hanging fans, plan angles cleats for securing for links in wooden trusses for rafters etc confirming in to FE-410-0, FE-310-0, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in benching coping, hunching etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of manholes inner girth not exceeding 30cm in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed of 1:4 cement mortar over and including 75mm thick cementco concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) as in sub base, finished cement concrete surface fair & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of underground sewage line (including manholes by taking off manhole covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning) of any description, underground at any depth by removing any type of blockage including de-silting and de-chocking with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzler pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manholes (Sludge/sludge water shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed).

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm and average 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, after removing grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Construction of 150 users Septic tanks, exc, in ordinary soil, foundation In PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC Slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around / fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame Vent shaft and sludge chambers etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing CEPZ/TD/013/13 Sht 1/5 to 5/5 .

M&L for construction of Soakage wells of size 1.8m diax 6.0m deep in ordinary Soil, Foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of Honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry / Filling with brick bats, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing CEPZ/TD/013/13 Sht 1/5 to 5/5 .

M&L for construction of Septic tanks for 25 users, in ordinary soil, foundation In PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC Slab covers including RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around / fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame Vent shaft and sludge chambers etc. complete all as specified and as shown on drawing CEPZ/TD/013/13 Sht 1/5 to 5/5 .

M&L for construction of soakage wells of size 11.2m dia x 3.0m deep, in ordinary Soil, Foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of Honey combed and solid in M-25 Concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber Brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry / Filling with brick bats, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing CEPZ/TD/013/13 Sht 1/5 to 5/5 .

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed work, 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter with rough finished, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Reinforced cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making V groove,10mm wide and 30mm deep or upto the extend of crack present at site over crack line using electricity operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade including cleaning the surfaces by air blower including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column .

Material and labour for sealing exposed 'V' groove, 10mm wide and 30mm deep with moisture insensitive epoxy putty Sikagard 694 F(I) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, two part structural adhesive in ratio 1:1 to,achieve strength as per manufacturer instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The groove shall be cut on the concrete surface along the crack over beam or column.

M&L For Repair of CI Pipes 150mm Dia of OHT ( Over head tank) at Height of 15 Mtr including all fitting/Fixture and Necessary scaffolding with all safety measures incluging insurance of workers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, grouting and injecting low viscosity injection resin Sikadur 52 of SIKA or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/ Fosroc, high strength epoxy resin injection through the nozzlesunder pressure using grout pump to fill all possible pores and gaps not exc 5mm, left within the concrete mass consisting drilling holes in structural members at the intervals clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles, insert 12 mm dia 50~75 mm long injection packers in cleaned holes with structural grade epoxy adhesive, supplying and applying a shrinkage free low viscous epoxy resin based injection grout, cut the packers by cut of wheel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements all as per manufecturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rates includes the cost of drilling holes, NRV nozzle or any other minor spares.

Supplying and applying flexible protective and waterproofing Slurry Sika Topseal 107 of SIKA or equivalent of Dr. Fixit/Fosroc,made out of two components ready to use polymer modified cementatious coating certified for portable water in three coats with glass fiber mesh of =>45 GSM,compressive strength 30 - 40 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, flexural Strength 10 - 12 N/mm2 at 20 degree celcius after 28 days, bond strength shall not be less than 2 - 3 N/mm2 after 28 days (Coverage area in first coat shall be 1-1.5 kg/m2 on damp surface and in second coat 0.8 - 1 kg/m2 and the thickness of coating shall not be less than 1.5 mm) including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for three coats of two part water based protective epoxy coating Sikagard 67 of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc using roller brush application all as per manufacturer's instructions including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and applying Sikatop 122 F of SIKA or equivalent of Fosroc/Dr Fixit , ready to use cementitious, polymer modified, 2-component repair mortar in 20 mm thickness having white liquid and grey powder ratio 1: 6 (5kg of liquid + 30kg of powder) as per manufacturer's instructions so as to achieve Compressive Strength at 28 days 40-45 N/mm2 ,flexural strength at 28 days 12-15 N/ mm2 and Adhesion > 2.0 N/mm2 (concrete failure) at 28 days including surface preparation, errection of steel props complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise describe and applying two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm bore, class NP3, laid and jointed with collers, jointed with cement mortar, laid in trenches and tested including fittings of same grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for site Clearance of Soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.
