M.S. Tubewell Assembly Pipe used for water wells with all required parts like plane pipe, slotted pipe (as required up to 50% of plane pipe), rings, wall cap, bail plug, clamp, reducer, Central guide , support structure etc. as required @ as per typed design complete in all aspect. Note:- Axial length of reducer without Ring shall be measured with casing pipe.

Supply of lal Kuan pea gravel size of 1.6mm to 4.8 mm which is to be used during lowering of tube well assembly and development of tube well.

Yield test, chemical test & site development

Chemical and Bacteriological test of water sample from departmental/approved Lab

S.I.T.C of Pump Set 1000 LPM, 65 mts head, 17.50 HP, 2900 RPM clear water submersible pumping plant suitable to operate on 415 ± 10% volt 50Hz, 3 phase A.C. supply with suitable switch gear panel.

SITC Main piping & valves with 24 mtr. column pipe, electronic type chlorinating plant with wiring of pump house (internal & external) complete in all respect with required material, T&P labour, chain pulley and gauges. 80 mm dia.

Additional 3 Mtr Long heavy duty 2 No. column pipe.

INSTALLATION AND EARTHING

Installation of pumping plant and along with all necessary fitting including bypass and delivery arrangement, airline and gauges fitting etc. Complete in all respect with supply & burying of 600 mm x 600mm x 6mm G.I. plate vertically for double earthing with its top at least 3m below ground level complete with 40 mm dia G.I pipe and GI funnel for watering and one earthing load of 25mm x 3mm GI strip in L.S. 32mm dia GI pipe upto switch bold 30 sq.cm. CI frame with hinged cover masonry and salt at least 200mm thick all as ground etc. complete in all respect as per ISS and Indian electricity rules.
