Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Precast cement concrete louvres and jalliesin 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm aggregate, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item CM 1:4,including dismantling of existing RCC jaali and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE : Cost of Mild Steel Bars/Wire as Reinforcement will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground and complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under respective Items.

Demolition Brick Work built in Cement Mortar and in any Position including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches for widening of existing chaneel drains, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for drains, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Hard and dense soil,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks(Old size Bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks but except Bricks (Serviceable Bricks obtained from Item No. 8 here-in-before) after removing old Mortar, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel or mild steel work of any description including including frame,truss, etc.,comlete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wire mesh,Chain Link fencing of any description, size , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Floor, Paver Tiles, chequered tiles, Hearth or Wall Tiling, etc. including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Pre-Cast Concrete Blocks of any description or thickness in Floors, Aprons, etc. and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing debris etc to outside MD/AF land etc.complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection, finishing Cement Concrete surface Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-2(40mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in copings,posts,pintle blocks, surface channel etc. with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. complete all as specified and asdirected by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Framed work as in Doors or Gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all s specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply Mild Steel Galvanised Chain Link Fencing with 3.0 mm dia Wire, any size and type,complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes;framed drain channel cover ; railings; and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in Post Holes (or similar Holes) in Soft/Loose Soil, each not exc. 0.50 CUM, getting out and Making Good Surfaces, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,confirming to Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for steel Angles for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel plain1.00mm thick sheet in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required,complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Paver Tiles of size 300x300x9.0 to 10mm thick, Coloured, highly abrasive and anti-skid, resistance to UV effect, impact resistance, laid over and including 15mm thick Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate), 40mm thick in Path/ Hardstanding in alternate Bay/Panel, finishing Cement Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured (terracota Red or yellow ) tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors and pointed in grey cement, laid over and including 20mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking Plain paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking plain paver blocks any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE: WPC will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Item.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, ISI Marked, as approved, and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering (External) 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, mixing WPC as per manufacturers instructions, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE: WPC will be Measured and Paid under appropriate Item.

M&L Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the Ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing newly Plastered Surfaces of Walls by applying Wall Putty, cutting/rubbing to obtained a Smooth Surface and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions) and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing newly Rough Cast Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Weather Coat Exterior Paint with approved Tint over a coat of Primer (as per Manufacturer's instructions) and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer and and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new or previously untreated Plastered/ Concrete Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Desilting/Taking out Bricks bats,pebbels,silts,Muds,clay,etc from bottom of drains including cleaning grasses,vegitations,etc,depth upto 2.5 metre including removing RCC drain cover and refixing the same after cleaning of drain and removing debris to outside MD/AF land where and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point and and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Raking out joints & flush pointing in Cement mortar 1:3 to brick walls etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
