REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF 11 KV HT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK OF MH AREA INCLUDING MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF HT BREAKERS TRANSFORMERS VCB RMUS AND APFC PANELS AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS AT MH KHADKI UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI

Disconnecting and dismantling the existing indoor type, 11 KV horizontal draw out type VCB trolly of rupturing capacity 250/350 MVA, 630/800 Amps from location and repair /overhauling servicing and carrying out with the following activities as mentioned below complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Inspecting / overhauling servicing of manual / motorised spring drive mechanism by checking mechanism, motor and gear assembly, big gear assembly, stop bolt assembly, main shaft interlocking assembly, closing spring assembly, small cam with screw, motor cut -off limit switch, butter fly switch assembly and apply multi grease lubricant to function smoothly. (ii) Inspecting / overhauling of tripping assembly, earthfault release assembly, tripping coil, auxiliary switch and checking of electrical wiring system. (iii) Inspecting / overhauling /cleaning and inspecting through insulators, vacuum interuptors by carbon cleaner solution and apply dry graphite conductive sealant for electrical contacts to avoid carbon deposits on contact surfaces. (iv) Assembling all items/components parts to the respective postion & testing the breaker with High Voltage(DC) and meggering before and after high voltage test complete. (v) Cleaning all busbar by rubbing and by CRC liquid cleaner. (vi) Spraying two coat of anti track paint on CTs. (vi) Applying insulating boots for busbar and cables. (vii) Supply and fixing all missing nut bolts for panels. (viii) Replacement all rusted nut bolts.

M&L for Servicing/Repairing of Transformer by disconnecting of LT and HT side cable carefully from Transformer and draining out transformer oil, dismantling transformer top cover and dismantling of 4 Nos LT bushing and 3 Nos of HT bushing including necessary tools and plant for removal of sediments, carbon deposits at bottom of transformer tank, on core, on winding, etc. cleaning with new transformer oil including cleaning of oil tank and attending leakage problem with oil seal and all gaskets and re-assembling complete all as specified and directed. (Note : New Transformer oil and spare parts will be measured and paid separatley under the relavant items of schedule as supply only excluding oil seal)

M&L for on line Centrifuging (filteration) of transformer oil including checking initial and after filteration dielectric strength of oil for transformers installed at various locations in MH area under AGE E/M(West) with suitable machine having filteration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of oil all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge. Note:- (i) Dielectric strength of oil after filteration/dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV. (ii) Oil for toping up shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (iii) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing before commencement of the work from Engr - in - Charge. (iv) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (v) The contractor solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filtration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transfomer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (vi) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration. (vii) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration. Test results shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of transformer oil, di electric strength not less than 60 KV, confirming to IS 335/1983 complete for the transformers installed at variuos locations Military Hospital and Range Hills area all as specified and directed.

Supply the material in repair or replacement of taking out core assembly of defective winding materials from HV side of the transformer and replacement with super enameled electrolytic insulated copper wire of suitable gauge to withstand the high voltage including replacement of new cork sheet, neoprene gasket etc and reinstalling the core assembly after re- winding all as specified and directed.
