Supply of 2 x 4 sqmm secondary lead made out of multi stranded copper conductor EPR insulated & PCP sheathed, anti termite & rodent treated 1.1 KV grade underground cable etc. complete as required.
Supply of 6 sq.mm 5 KV grade Single Core unarmoured Primary Circuit Cable with Stranded Annealed Plain Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated and Polyethylene (PE) sheathed, Cable for airfield lighting conforming to IS 1554 (part-2/ IS 7098(part -2) and as per technical specification etc. as required.
Supply of 6 sqmm, 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated, PE sheathed, single core copper conductor cable as required.
Supply of following rating completely enclosed isolating transformer encapsulated in polyster resin finaily moulded in neoprene rubber for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV and all rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base confirming to specification as required.

Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm HDPE pipes as required . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings. The CI top cover of 310 mm diax 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and bolts as required.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Guidance signage board (lP 65 prorection) complying to ICAO standard of various sizes made out of 2 mm thick anodized aluminium frame with suitable angle support, 1.5 mm thick aluminium back cover, 4 mm thick non-specular surface polycarbonate signage sheet, the letter and symbols of sign should be screen printed on inside of sign face made of self-adhesive 3M film applied on the inside face with required coloring. Sign board shall be uniformily internally illuminated with required LED's i/c all other accessories to achieve uniform illumination level and with suitable converter to operate on 2.8 Amp to 6.6 Amp AC constant current as incoming supply without flickering, suitable arrangements shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangements, mounting legs with flengible coupling & base frame as per ICAO Annexure 14 Vol.1, crimping & molding secondary leads with connector kit, supply & laying of PVC coated GI flexible pipe with couplers for protecting secondary Ieads, providing cement concrete foundation of suitable size & depth for each unit, providing pedestal up to 1.5mtr all around the signage with 1:2:4 CC of 150 mm thick & finish with neat cement plaster, connecrions / interconnections with isolating transformers and confirming to technical specifications. (Legends shall be as approved by EIC) etc. complete as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of following sizes inset fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material of reputed make and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of plug receptacles, & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required. (a) Fitting size up to 8 "
Installation of CI housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deepi/c cutting/ excavation of surface/earth, providing one no, 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe,i/c laveling of housing box with suitable instrument etc, painting of box with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint and installation of housing box in soil providing base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, and PCC of 1:2:4 all around the housing box of width not less than 150 mm and pedestal of 0.30 mtr. and 0.10 mtr. thick all around the box making suitable slop to level of runway all around the housing box, painting, lettering, numbring etc i/c disposal of excavated earth, debris/malba and making good the same as original complete as required.
Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PE sheathed primary circuit cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe/ Open masonary duct etc. as required. (a) Single Core 6.0 sq. mm
Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 100 mm and width upto 25 mm for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead AFL cable along with laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c filling the same by suitable sealing material of reputade make etc complete as required i/c disposal of excavated PQC/ bitumin, debris/malba and making good the same as per instruction of EIC.
Laying of one number 2 X 4 sq mm AFL secondary cable along with 1 X 2.5 sq mm earth cable of voltage grade not exceeding 1.1 KV in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.
Supply and laying of follwing size double wall corrugated high density polyethylene (DWC HDPE pipe) pipe confirming to IS:14930 (part-2) with latest amendment, complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the soil for GLF work upto 750 mm deep, back filling & making good the same as per site requirement. (a) OD 63 mm/ ID 50 mm
Supply and Fixing of secondary Connectors (Male & Female) of size 2 x 4 Sq.mm multi stranded annealed conductor CPE sheathed unshielded cable of 600 V grade on one end.
Earthing with 'B' class G. I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required.
Supply & laying earth connections from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G. I. pipe from earth electrode etc. as required.
Supply and fixing 6 SWG G. I. wire on surface or along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.
Supply of green color single core 2.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire complete as required.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCR of capacity 2.5 KW including termination of incoming and outgoing power and control cable, inter connection, making suitable size of PCC foundation, earthing & shifting, tranportation, loading & unloading from store to CCR Room etc. complete as required i/c providing remote cable approx 30mtr. laying integration with existing ALCMS modification as per site requirment & as per direction of the EIC.
Making field connection by crimping of 6 sq. mm plug & receptacle with existing 6 sq. mm single core copper conductor primary airfield cable i/c filling the gap with water sealent material applying HTPVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.
Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
