Earth work in embankment in moorum mixed/black cotton soil. Excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.5 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surface to raquired level and slope and also i/c 1.5m lift and 30m lead

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth sheel roller to achive the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of roads of straight over burn brick class 275[8.00cm(3")wide & 12 cm (4.50")] deep laid with mud mortor icluding labour & supply of bricks finished to requared templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the exacavated earth as directed by the E/I

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Earth work in patries both one side of road. Excavation to be in inordinary black with moorum soil form of regular pits not excceding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required lavels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30 m lead including all labour. T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
