Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 507 Complete in all respects. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 to 9 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with MoRT&H clause 5.17 (II), sprayed at the rate of 11 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 11.2 including all taxes, Labour, Material, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface). (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements of Table no. 300-2
