Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road I vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening I binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bitumen macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 @ 4.25% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 507 complete in all respects. Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 per cent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment rolling with smooth, wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause 509 complete in all respects. (MORTH-509/AR/YEIDA) 30mm compacted thickness with bitumen penetration of VG-30 @ 5% by weight of total mix

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
