M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding & formwork for building upto 21.00m high. 2. No extra payment made to contractor for work in small patches as required at site/as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface (such as top & sides of chajjas, beams, balcony, ceiling etc.) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding & formwork for building upto 15.00m high. 2. No extra payment made to contractor for work in small patches as required at site/as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) in and including demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick/ concrete surface of walls and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint/ primer complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required upto 15 metre high buildings.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces in camouflage pattern complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Number of coats and pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE. (ii) All safety measures for the safety of workers shall be ensured by contractor before execution of work. Insurance of workers shall be got done by contractor before execution of the work and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted by contractor. (ii) The quoted rate shall deem to include the cost of necessary scaffolding and form work as required upto 18 metre high buildings.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of brick/ stone/ plastered surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern as approved by GE with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified. Note: (i) All safety measures for safety of workmen shall be ensured by the contractor. Insurance of workers shall also be included in quoted rates. M&L for preparation of old treated surface of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc.; washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces using sand paper and and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004, alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern as approved by GE with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. S&F 75mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls by clamping including taking down old unserviceable PVC pipe and fitting etc complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or indian) n. exc. 30cm high, painted with thick paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks; if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21.00 but writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing the edges of RCC chajja, fascia, columns, beams & loft of stair cases and like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including necessary formwork or provision of rendering 15mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) with chicken wire mesh and finishing the surface fair and even including applying a coat of cement of slurry @3kg/ sqm of surface; surface area not exceeding 600mm wide in patches including taking down swollen/ damaged plaster or concrete upto 12 metre height complete all as specified and directed.
