Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose / soft soil and getting out for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material n, exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n, exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying of bricks subclass ‘B’ old size laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and pinning to provide required cover as per SSR Part –I complete.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation all as specified.

Supply & fixing GI tubing light grade, on poles, under floors, road crossing etc all as reqd at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) 50 mm bore

Material & Labour for jointing testing Indoor/out door type cable termination (heat Shrinkable) jointing kit for 1100 Volts underground XLPE cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 3 ½ core including taking out old/unserviceable joints complete all as directed. Make : DENSON/3M/M-seal

Disconnecting & taking out defective under ground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable under ground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts/11000 volts connecting and testing for any size complete as directed (Excavation,earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately)

Supply,Laying, connecting and testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including taking down old UNSV cable of any size complete all as directed including taking out old damaged cable and all as specified and directed. (excavation, earth work, brick protection sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately) of following sizes :- (a) Cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment. supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar ,PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completionincludingd taking out the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Note - Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.Note : Rate for taking down of old unsv earthing upto ground level may also be includ in quoting rate).

Material & labour for cleaning, preparing the surface of steel tubular LT 9 mtrs long including removing dust particles and painting with two coat of aluminium/synthetic enamel paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps eye hook etc and providing Blue & white strips alternatively 25cm each from coping to 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for cleaning and removing of rust particle, preparation of surface of panels of any size indoor/outdoor type and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer by using sprey gun including minor repair of LT door, hinges and locking arrangement by using welding machine/screws as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :- a) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps cap 4 wire fixed on insulator not less than 1.0 mtr long bus bar -1 set

b) Incoming MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 36 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 1 No Make:Schneider (Compact CVS) /L&T (d-sine) /Siemens (3VL)

(c) Outgoing MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 415 Volts AC with thermal magnetic 25 KA, Ics=100%, Icu class-2 front face isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts with spreader and phase barrier complete all as directed. - 3 Nos Make:Schneider (Compact CVS) /L&T (d-sine) /Siemens (3VL)

g) Indicator Lamp RYB 22.5mm dia LED type 240 volts AC with incoming including back up protection by 2 Amp MCB RYB with holder-01 set of three. Make Schneider/L&T/C&S/Legrand

h) CT Coils of suitable ratio-01 Set.

Note (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as cable lugs, steel nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, spreaders, provision of extra holes in bus bar, provision of cable gland etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) The Panel shall be surrounded with 23cm brick wall upto 0.5 mtr height all around the panel and blank portion between panel and wall shall be filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl masonary work leaving ducts for cables complete all as directed.
