Laying and spreading available soil in the subgrade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread asoil in place with rotavator with 2 % slaked lime having minimum 70 per cent of contents of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the smooth wheel road roller at OMC toer centthe desired density to form a layer of improved Sub-grade as per Technical Specification Cluase 403. Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .
