Supply of Safety / T&P materials like Chain pulley, Grass Cutting Machine, Hydraulic Bolt Cutter, Polypropylene Rope

The Bidder shall furnish the performance certificates at least 100% of the quantity of the tendered T&P and Electrical safety material equipment specified in the present enquiry, issued by State /Central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities/PSUs. The issuing officer of performance certificates shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent division head. The performance certificate shall indicate the rating of Tendered material/equipment, make, name of the PSUs/sub-station/Generating Station/lines where it is installed, date of commissioning etc., in order to show that the Tendered material/equipment specified in the present enquiry were in successful operation for at least a minimum period of one year in any one of Five financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 And 2024-25) as on the date of bid opening. Bidders shall have to upload the performance certificates.

The bidder should have manufactured/supplied at least 100% of the quantity of the tendered T&P and Electrical safety material/equipment specified in the present enquiry in last 5 years 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 And 2024-25 either in single or multiple orders to state/central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities/PSUs/State/Central government offices. The bidder must upload the purchase order copies/completion certificates/performance certificate.

The Bidder shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm or company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013

The original equipment manufacturer/ authorized dealer shall have a minimum experience of Five years in the field of manufacturing of the T&P, Electrical Safety material/equipment specified in the present enquiry. (Bidders shall have to upload the supporting Documents such as Purchase order copies/order completion certificates/ performance certificates)

The bidder should be original manufacturer or authorized Agent/dealer of the original manufacturer of T&P and safety materials specified in the present enquiry. The authorized Agent/Dealer should furnish a letter from their manufacturer certifying that they are the authorized dealer of the manufacturer. The authorized Agent/dealer of the manufacturer shall agree to furnish a legally enforceable deed of undertaking to guarantee quality, timely supply, and performance and warranty obligations as specified in the contract

The Bidder should have Goods and Service Tax (GST) registration with GSTIN number.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer for best three years out of last preceding five financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) should not be less than the Amount Rs.47.24Lakh.

The Liquid Assets as on last date of previous month of tender inviting date or at a later date before submission of the bid consisting of Cash at Bank plus Term Deposits plus availability of fund based credit facilities in any Nationalized/scheduled Bank shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender

The Bidder should undertake that the Product supplied by the vendor is genuine and does not contain used or any refurbished parts.

The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings and should not be bankrupt.

The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central & State Govt. Undertakings/ enterprises/ Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies/ Organizations, World Bank/Govt E-marketing portal or any major Enterprise / Organization in India for non- satisfactory performance, corrupt & Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc

The Bidder shall upload the power of attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500.00 Stamp paper. Further the same shall be sent in original to Chief Engineer Electricity, Transmission Operations Zone, KPTCL, Bagalkote so as to reach after the last submission date & on or before the date & time of opening Techno commercial Bids.

The bidders whose equipment meets the above qualifying requirements should be prepared to demonstrate/arrange for demonstration of their equipment before the technical evaluation committee on the date which will be intimated later after opening of the techno commercial bid. Failure to demonstrate their equipment on the notified date will lead to rejection of their bid offer. The bidder shall arrange for demonstration of his equipment at his own cost and risk and if required may have to stay back until the demonstration gets completed in all respect to the satisfaction of KPTCL at his cost and risk. The venue of the demonstration will be as decided by the KPTCL. No request for alternate dates for demonstration from the bidders will be entertained in this regard. The equipments meeting the required specification (specified in Technical specification) during demonstration shall only be considered as technically acceptable and the price bid of only such technically responsive bids will be opened

The bidder or manufacturer of Tendered material/equipment shall have full-fledged service centre in all over India for complete after sales service of the Tendered material/equipment. The complete after sales service of the Tendered material/equipment shall be provided within reasonable time and the same has to be guaranteed for the entire contract period. The bidder shall furnish the details of service centres.

The Bidder shall furnish Test Certificates not older than five years as on the date of bid opening for having conducted successful tests in a CPRI/NABL/ERDA accredited test house of the tendered material/Equipment as per the relevant IS/IEC/ASTM/BS/EMC etc standards on the equipment/material specified in the bid
