Dismantling and removing of Damaged & worn out mild steel wheel including wheel shaft, bearing housing, bearings and connected accessories complete of Goliath EOT crane of capacity 50 ton at the height of 40 feet and above all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing the Crane Wheels. (ii) Any damage to govt property while exceuting the work is to be make good the contractor. (iii) Contractor should provide skilled labour while executing the job. (iv) All the Gears, bearings and shaft is to dismantled under hydroulic press or by the pullers only (v) The cost of Scafolding arrangement/Ladders/ Safty belts/ Lifting Jacks and T & P used while working in the Crane will be beared by the contractor itself.

Supply , fixing and testing of driving/traviling for Long travel Mild steel forged cast alloy wheel assembly complete with new driving axel ,new spacers , new shaft , new bearing with housing of suitable size with nut,bolt,washers and packing materials etc as per existing specification for EOT crane of capacity 16 to 50 tons complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down of Unserviceable resistors box of any type and any capacity from Eot crane at height of 40 Feetcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of SS punched grid resistance box suitable for 53.5 HP 3 Phase slipring motor having RV-330 volts and RA - 150 Amps with 4 steps and 10 min rating suitable for 50 Ton EOT crane. complete all as specified and directed. Make- Top enterprises / Speedocontrol or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and Fix Punched Stainless Steel Grid Resistors for EOT Cranes with Rotor volt 110Volts & Roter Amps35/40Amps for 17.5 Hp 3 Phase Slipring motor complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Speedo Control/Top Enterprises or equivalent as approved by GE.

M & L for Cleaning of total structure of Goliath EOT crane 50/10 Ton capacity including , remove all grease, oil . Dust & durt complete form crane platform , all side walls, supporting beams, brackets ,pipesupports , guards complete includings control panels, cabins etc complete and painting the total structure of crane with existing colour with two coats complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) The quality of paint should be of 'A' Grade make :- Nerolac/Asian (ii) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while cleaning and painting of the crane . (iii) Any damage/loss to the govt property while doing the job of painting will be borne by the contractor. (iv) The cost of T&P such as Paints , ropes, ladders, brushs, red oxide etc required for the job is included in the quoted rates. (v) The work is to be carried out at the height of above 25 feets.

S&F in replacement of suspended type integral industrial power LED High Bay 150 Watt LED Light Fittings with pressure die - cast aluminium housing, anodised aluminium reflector complete all accessories having IP 65 degree of protection, High power factor, including connection with suitable size new cable complete including taking down old one Make- Crompton / Havells /C & S/polycab as approved by GE. Note :- (i) The quoted rate includes the cost of MS clamps and necessary welding work for fixing of High bay lights on EOT cranes

Dismantling and taking down Main Hook/hoist assy of Crane of capacity 50/10 ton and transporting it to workshop for servicing and repair by dismantling the complete assy under hydraulic press and removing the body cover and taking out old wire rope pullies, unsv bearings and hook also removing the old locking bolts side covers of the hook with the help of necessary welding work and cleaning the slots of pullies , side cover, Hook, shafts with kerosene and reassembling the hook complete with S&F of new roller bearing of existing size & numbers and applying A grade grease to the moving parts of the hook assembly and S&F of new locking plate and painting the hook assy with two coats of Red colour and shifting the hook assy to the location and fitting it with existing wire rope at the same position complete and testing to be done to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling, removing and taking down faulty,old & unsv crane control panel board from crane plateform from the height of 50 feets and above complete all as specified and directed. Note - The quoted rate is deemed to be incluisve of disconnecting all electrical connection done to the panel.

Material & Labour for Supply, Install, testing and commissionig of prewired control panel board made out of 3mm thick sheet,Out door type with canopy and base frame made out of mild steel angle (35x35x6)mm , phosphated and painted with epoxy polyster based seven tank prosess powder coating treated with provision of fixing starters , Contactors , relays, CT's, MCCB's, etc all as per existing Panel and complete including fixing arrengement on crane plateform at a height of 50 feet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. for following sizes :-

(3) contracor should visit the site before quotaing tender for understading the control wiring of panel as per existing slip ring motor.

Dismantling of crane track by gas cutting the pressure plates/rusted nuts & bolts /side supports and Grinding / sanding of gas cutted surface including making the surface smooth for shifting the track and cleaning the entire track with the help of air wash complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting the track at required position and aligning the joints in proper position and providing new pressure plates with new nut bolts, and side support plates at required distance all as directed. Note :- (i) Proper testing of track is to be done for 2 days by giving full load on the crane in the presense of Engr-in-charge. (ii) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and shifting the Crane track. (iii) Any damage/loss to the govt property while dismantling/shifting/fixing will be beared by the contractor.

Dismantlling & removing old coupling sets, opening the motor for repair, taking out the burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning the stator thoroughly, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of same gauge complete with Dr. Beck Varnish, heating the winding , reassembling and testing the motor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge for Slip ring capacity 17.5 HP.

Dismantlling & removing old coupling sets, opening the motor for repair, taking out the burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning the stator thoroughly, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of same gauge complete with Dr. Beck Varnish, heating the winding , reassembling and testing the motor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge for Slip ring capacity 23 HP.

M & L for cutting/fabricating, fixing & welding of angle iron of size as per site requirement for fixing Chequered plates/ making ladders, supports fixing brackets etc including bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including removing old damaged supports, ladders etc of any size all as directed at site by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing wall mounted cabin fan for EOT Crane cabin 150mm , sweep 240 volt complete as per existing.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan for EOT Crane cabin 150mm , sweep 240 volt complete as per existing.

Repair and replacement of cabin glass for EOT Crane cabin at height of 15 mtr complete as per existing AT 50 Ton goliath carane.

Material and labour for Servecing of Gear Box for LT/CT/Up down/Auxilary and Micro for Cranes of capacity 1 ton to 10 Tons which includes disconnecting of gear shaft with main shaft of motor and removal of uppercasing of gear box assy , draning out old Gear oil , taking out unserviceable gas kits ,oil seals , and bearings (bearing is to be replaced only when it is required at site or as indicated by Engr-in-charge) and totally dismantling all gears from the lower housing of gear box & cleaning the housing complete and cleaning the burrs/teeth of the gears and reassembling the gear box with new oil seals and Gaskits , nut bolts washers etc and providing greas to the bearing complete including testing for smooth functioning all as directed. Note (i) Bearings & Geare Oil will be measured & paid separately under relevant items (ii) Necessary saftey measures to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing the various shafts and gears of gear box. (iii) Any damage to govt property while exceuting the work is to be make good the contractor. (iv) Contractor should provide skilled labour while executing the job. (v) All the Gears, bearings and shaft is to be dismantled under hydroulic press or by the pullers only

Dismantlling & removing old coupling sets, opening the motor for repair, taking out the burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning the stator thoroughly, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of same gauge complete with Dr. Beck Varnish, heating the winding , reassembling and testing the motor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge for Slip ring capacity 12.5 HP.

Dismantlling & removing old coupling sets, opening the motor for repair, taking out the burnt copper wire from stator, cleaning the stator thoroughly, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of same gauge complete with Dr. Beck Varnish, heating the winding , reassembling and testing the motor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge for Slip ring capacity 5 HP.

Supply and fixing in replacement control transformer for crane of capacity 415/110 volts, 800 VA including complete control wiring with suitable size of copper wire all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing of old Mild Steel 3 phase and neutral bus bar of any size including insulators etc from the height of 9 to 12 mtr by gas cutting and taking down carefully with the help of chain pulley block etc complete all as directed. Note :- Necessary safty measures for labours and tools/plant to be taken by the contractor while dismantling and fixing of new busbar from the height specified.

Dismantling of MS bracket with insulator by gas cutting from 9 to 12 mtr height & cleaning the rough surface by sand paper all as specified and directed.

S&F shrouded copper conductors bus bar TPN with PVC sleaves RYBG, DSL 4 bar, hanger clamps, anchor clamps, power feed kit and caps, joining tool with towing arm, end cap complete for 250 Amps Copper conductor busbar system, including MS fabricated support for mounting of conductors made out of mild steel angle ( Fe-410-W,grade E-250,quality-B) of size 40X40X5 mm and 450 mm long including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and supports to be provided at every one metre distance all as specified and directed.
