Charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar FD-220 M & L for Dismantling of GI pipe Charpoy to carry out repairs like threading at ends of existing pipe removing the broken unserviceable legs, long rails, short rails, elbows and check nuts and fixing new elbows and check nuts reassembling the charpoy complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Threading, Elbows and check nuts will be measured & paid seperately)

Supply and fix new long rail of GI tubing 32mm dia medium grade with necessary threading and removing the existing unserviceable broken long rail complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed. Furniture Drawing No. FD - 220

Material and Labour for preparing the short rail from broken long rail obtained from item No.2 above duly cutting, threading and fixing to charpoy including removing the existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed.. Furniture drawing No. FD-220

Material and Labour for preparing the leg for GI charpoy from the broken GI pipe obtained vide item No. 2 & 3 above duly cutting, threading including teak wood plug to leg, providing new clamps for FMN set to leg including removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed. Supply and fix 32mm dia GI medium grade 3 way elbow, duly ISI marked including removing the existing unserviceable elbow from charpoy complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. Furniture drawing No. FD-220

Supply and fix 5mm thick GI medium grade check nut, duly ISI marked suitable for 32 mm dia pipe including removing the unserviceable check nut from charpoy complete all as specified in furniture drawing and as directed. Furniture drawing No. FD-220

Supply and fix leg for GI charpoy of 32 mm dia medium grade with necessary threading including teak wood plug/GI plates and providing new clamps for FMN set to leg including removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specifed in furniture drawing and as directed. Furniture drawing No. FD-220

Supply and fixing MS Iron strips 08 Nos of size 40mmx6mm, 75mm long duly holed/drilled for tightening plywood and strip with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers and welded to rails of charpoys each side 02 Nos strips including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- One number of MS flat iron strip 40mmx6mmx75mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing flat MS Iron 02 Nos of size 40mmx6mm, 900mm long providing 02 Nos of holes/drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with long rail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers on both sides of flat MS Iron and including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- One number of MS flat iron strip 40mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply & Fix 1950x900mm x12mm thick BWR Grade plywood conforming to IS303 all edges of plywood top be filled with putty to prevent observation moisturer and fixed with suitable nut & bolt complete as specified and directed.
