Civil Works :

EARTH WORK Excavation in all kinds of soil, wet or dry ( such as yellow murrum, hard murrum/gravel, soft rock or mixture of any kind, etc.) in loose and slushy condition, for depths as required from existing ground level or approved strata for foundations, trenches, pits, rafts of walls, plinths, area levelling, etc.; including disposing off surplus excavated material within lead of 50mtr. as per direction of the consultant/site engineer at approved location; if required dewatering by bailing by pumping out rain and surface run off water to keep the site dry at all times until completion of work; making temporary stepping/sloping and working space is provided as per IS 1200 including trimming, dressing of sides, leveling or grading, cleaning, removing and excavating loose pockets and consolidating and compacting them by back filling to achieve 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content as directed by the consultant/site engineer all complete to his entire satisfaction using all necessary mechinized tools. Rates are inclusive of lead and lift. a. upto 1.5m depth (in murrum)

RCC AND CONCRETING WORKS Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed and well vibrated using machine vibrators; controlled M25 grade reinfoced cement concrete (RCC) for concrete in sub and super structure at all floors for footings, coping, rafts, stub columns, columns, plinth beams,tie beams, beams, slabs, walls, stair waist-slabs, stair landing-midlandings, lintels, canitlevers, etc. using 20mm nominal size well graded approved quality aggregate as per approved design mix minimum cement content as per IS 456:2000 including the cost of centering, water tight shuttering, bonding agent to bond new and old concrete surface and vibrating/compacting, curing, scaffolding, contractor's hoist, establishing approved dewatering system to keep site dry all time, cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions, pressure grouting joints, if required, hacking closely, etc., the rate shall include groove cutting as per architectural drawings and providing recesses, drip mould to slabs, walls, columns, openings, sleeves in slabs, construction joints, sunk slabs, cantilevered slabs, etc. to required shapes, size and slope at all levels complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge RCC walls - for fins- upto floor two level - Rates shall be inclusive of providing PVC water stoppers with central bulb and 150mm wide serrated for RCC walls for water tanks.

Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone agreegate to wet mixmacadam specification including premixing the materialwith water at OMC in mechanical mix paint carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired strength

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of formwork in (A) Foundation and Plinth

REINFORCMENT STEEL AND STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK Providing, straightening, cutting, bending and binding in position of TMT bars conforming to IS 1786 with FE500D N/Sq mm conforming to IS, to correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications and approved bar bending schedules, in substructure footings, rafts, walls, columns, slabs, beams, etc.; with correct size PVC cover blocks of same grade of concrete and binding wire of 18 gauge including dewatering to keep site dry etc. complete to the satisfaction of the consultant/site engineer. - for works upto floor two level

REINFORCMENT STEEL AND STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating not less than 175micron thickness and upto 300micron to reinforcement bars as per IS-13620-1993 / ASTM - 775 M including testing of coating at plant and all taxes (A) 10mm to 16mm dia bar

WHITE BELA STONE MASONARY Providing and laying coursed stone rubble masanary with hard stone of approved quality in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete. The rates shall be inclusive of all tools, tackles, plant, machinery and scafolding equipments. The works shall be carried out to the complete satisfaction of the engineer in charge and shall be line, level and plum. The joints of the stone shall be properly and firmly filled using properly mixed mortar and the joints shall be cleaned and well pointed using cement mortar.

FLOORING AND TILING WORK Cobble (Granite): Providing and Laying of cobble stone as per design for Vehicular movementos size 100 x 100 x 100 MM and fixing with cement mortat (1:4) of thickness 25mm on over p.c.c. surface. As directed by the Engineer in charge

Rates are inclusive of laying the stone as per the patterns shown in the drawings. Rates shall be inclusive of arranging of samples of tiles, stones, granites etc as directed by the Consultants and the engineer in charge for approvals of the the same well in advance and prior to using them in works. All materials shall then match the quality, thickness, size,characteristics, technical parameters and make of the approved sample only. Deviation if found in the materials thereon, the material shall be liable for rejection in part or total.)

FLOORING AND TILING WORK Jet-BlackGranite Rough granite Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : a. Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Careful removal of existing deteriorated / damaged / weathered plaster from the ancient shrines / temples without damaging the surface by using proper tools . Applying lime plaster 20mm thick in two coats (first coat will be in 12mm and second coat will be 8mm thick) over small ancient shrines towards east side of temple using L.S.S. (1:1:1) (1 lime : 1 sand : 1 surkhi and marble dust) mortar mixed with additives like gur, gugal, bail fruit, methi etc. including cost of all materials and labors including erection of scaffolding T & P for the work etc complete as directed by site in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade SS-304) stair case/ balcony , railing, consisting of stain less steel Baluster 40 mm dia x 2 mm thick ( @1.928 kg/mtr) one no. at each end of flight with vertical supports of 25mm dia. x 2 mm thick (@1.166 kg/mtr) at 0.75 mt c/c alongwith 3 nos of horizontal stainless steel pipe 15 mm dia. x 2 mm thick (@0.659 kg/mtr) running parallar to the flight , with 40 mm dia. x 2 mm thick Stainless steel pipe (SS 304 Grade) hand rail with stain less steel screws complete as per design and drawings.
