Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shale, murram gravel, stoney earth & earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil and depositing the earth in the places shown by the Engineer with initial lead of 10 M and initial lift of 2 m etc., complete, complying with standard specifications.
Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:3:6 (one part cement, three part sand, and six part of aggregate ) for foundation using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm and down graded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications.
Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:2:4 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm & 20 mm and down graded to I.S specified grading and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including shuttering charges,placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications for retaining wall in slope protection work.
Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete1:2:4 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20 mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications to the Dam Downstream Protection works.
Providing Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) using machine mixing for, new hard granite stones including bond stones wherever found necessary and curing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in - charge of work.

Reaming the existing vertical drainage shaft of 230mm dia to the entire depth by rotary drilling from top of dam to the drainage gallery level, inclusive of all machineries, equipments, consumables, other materials required for the work, labour charges for operation, cleaning the drilled holes, transport charges for machinery and shifting them to different location etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
Supply and fixing of new single stem musical note rubber seal of size 40mm or suitable size with hardness Shore A 65-70 ,as per IS Code 15466-2004 for all four sides of Scour vent gate using new SS cover plate, bolt & nuts washer, etc., complete after removing the old damaged rubber seal, seal cover plate, bolt and nuts, etc., complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the seating area as per the instruction of Engineer at site and also arresting the gate leakage to the permissible limit including the cost of materials, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.
Over hauling and reassembling of the Scour vent Gate and its manual operating 3 tonne capacity Screw hoist mechanism such as bushes, supporting brackets etc., complete for 80 mm dia operating screw rod using suitable size spares of IS standard to be replaced if any parts got damaged in it and then bring the entire operating mechanism into service for trouble free operation as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of dismantling, all materials, labour charges, reconditioning charges, lead, lift etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.
Repairing/Replacement of the existing damaged Scour vent gate's operating Platform using ISMC 100X50 as vertical & horizontal support, ISA 75x75X6 as cross bracing, 6 mm thick MS Plate for stiffeners ,ISA50x50x6 as main frame for laying gratings,ISA40x40x6 as gratings outer frame, ISF 25x8 as gratings inner member, etc., complete at weir's sill level of the spillway without altering the design as per the instruction of Engineer at site including cost of hire charges for Diesel Generator set of adequate capacity fuel, oil, transporting, loading, unloading and any other operating charges, all labour charges, transporting charges, concrete chipping charges, concreting works, loading and unloading charges etc., complete and less the cost of retrieved materials.
Painting with two coats of epoxy coal tar with priming one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate of approved colour and quality for Scour vent gate and newly erected operating platform of Scour vent gate at weir's sill level of the spillway as per the instruction of the Engineer at site, including cost of materials, lead, lift etc complete.
