Schedule 'A' Part - I (B) Supply fixing and testing on ground new battery operated Auto Rescue device suitable for 13 Passengers (884 Kgs) lift, serving (G+12) and compatible with V3F Drive, micro processor based controller including all accessories and suitable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing new battery operated Auto Rescue device suitable for 08 Passengers (544 Kgs) lift, serving (G+12) and compatible with V3F Drive, micro processor based controller including all accessories and suitable wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair complete Battery EBD Mono 12 V 12 AH for Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Exide, Amron or equivalent.

S & F in repair complete Battery EBD Mono 12 V 7 AH for Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair electric fan axial flow type 300 mm sweep of make VBM or equivalent ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair emergency light unit UPS with battery of 600 VA complete all as specified and directed at directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of overspeed Governor over load 35 suitable capacity for 8/13 Passenger Lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair complete infra red door protection edge for full height of car door edge suitable for any lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable car operating push button unit with stainless steel face plate 2.0 mm thick (size 180 mm x 1000 mm) having row of buttons for G+11 floors/ stop alarm DO-DC fan light Auto / attendant key etc with combined LED/LCD position indicator with arrow indicator for lift, all as specified and as directed for 08 /13 Passenger lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

9. M & L for replacement of existing unserviceable landing push button box complete with stainless steel face place 2.0 mm (size 95 mm x 300 mm) thick having push buttons and combined LED position indicator and arrow indicator complete including cutting to walls for fixing of push button unit including making good to disturbed wall surfaces for lift, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Pipe of size 32/40 mm dia including fixing arrangements)

Taking down old unserviceable and S & F in repair hand rail in lift cabin made out of stainless steel in car cabin suitable for 6Ps/ 8Ps/13Ps Lifts ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fabricate supply and fixing in replacement for false ceiling made up of stainless steel sheet 1.2 mm thick 18 swg, having 300 mm dia/square hole for fan 4 hole for lights with warm white LED lights 4 nos and refixing all existing necessary arrangements suitable for 13 passenger / 8 passenger lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable ELCB 63 Amp 300mA and supply and fix new ELCB 63 Amp 300mA , 415 Volt, 4 pole, enclosures to house the ELCB with existing arrangements fixing the Enclosures suitabale to surface out of wall by means of (plate of size 18 mm dia) wooden sheet Plywood including nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable bulkhead fittings and S&F new bulk head fitting suitable in lift shaft complete all as specified and directed directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LED bulbs and S&F new LED bulbs of 12 watt suitable in lift shaft complete all as specified and directed at bldg Brahmaputra, Agastya, Suvarna. Make:- Wipro, Surya, Bajaj or equivalent make.

Taking down old unserviceable wall paper and S&F new interior car design PVC wallpaper (Range of price 250 to 400 Per Sqmt) suitable for 13 Passengers (884 Kgs) 08 Passengers (544 Kgs) lift complete all as specified and directed at bldg Brahmaputra, Agastya, Suvarna

Taking down old unserviceable hooter and supply fix and testing hooter with mp3 voice announcement system in the controller & high quality speaker on car top, with necessary provision of shaft wires & travelling cable complete as specified. The audio indicator shall announce the floor position , and emergency contact person/ contact number announcement etc. and continuous mild music in hindi and can be programmabble for music. The announcement system shall be in hindi and english complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:- Kone or equivalent

Taking down old unserviceable safety rubber for cabin and S&F nnew safety rubber cabin suitable for for 13 Passengers (884 Kgs) 08 Passengers (544 Kgs) lift complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs Governer steel wire rope 08 mm dia (8 X 19) constructions, fibre core, 1420 N per sq mm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction), including clamping by dog clamp, nuts & bolts, washers etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Usha Martin or equivalent.

Schedule 'A' Part - II Operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of two lifts per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed. Loaction/Bldg No : (i) P-122

Loaction/Bldg No : (i) P-118 Important Note :- (For Item No 28 to 31) ((i) The contractor shall pay to his lift operators in their Bank Account and statement of Bank Account shall be submitted to GE for his verification while claiming interim payment. (ii) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of latest notification issued by Govt of India/ State govt/Local body which ever is higher as on bid submission end date. The minimum wages, all taxes (including GST, GST on works contracts, labour welfare cess/tax etc.), EPF for personals employed and also any other levies payable under the respective statutes. The contractor shall be required to submit the documentary proof of Employers Provident Fund(EPF) details for the personals employed. (iii) Minimum wages shall be as applicable for unskilled workers category under Shop or Commercial establishment (entry No. 17 of Part-I of the Minimum wages act 1948 inserted vide Maharashtra Act 10 of 1961, amended vide Maharashtra Act 3 of 1963 and subsequent notification dated 28 Sep 2010 taking into account the allowances published). (iv) The rate quoted below minimum wages shall not be considered for acceptance. (v) The bidder shall have to be consider their profit and over head charges on above provision. In case bidder consider NIL profit and over head charges, the bidder shall be treated as a unresponsive and his offer shall be consider as a non bonafide bid. (vi) In case the overall quoted rates are less than minimum wages including saturatory provisions mentioned above, such quotde bid shall be consider as non-bonafide bidder and the same shall not be considered for acceptance.
