Repairing of Crack in roof by cutting the crack surrounding in funnel shape mechanically with marble cutters and coating the grooves with epoxy rasin bonding agents like Sikadur-32 LP or similar standard product after proper cleaning of the grooves. The grooves should be cleaned from loose particles and dirt. The grooves to be filled with concrete mortar using structural bonding agenct with latex based, water resistant admixtrure like SikaLatex Power or similar standard of required quantity as per instruction of EIC. Through cleaning of the surface to be done with plenty of water.

Providing and applying of Acrylic Polymer based Water Proofing coating consisting of liquid polymer and cement based mix incorporated with special admixtures in pre-packed kit form like SikaTop-107 Seal Plus IN or similar standard to prevent water infiltration with felxibility. Two coats of this high performance acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating is to be done with an interval of at least 10-12 hrs with proper placing of fiber mesh on the surface. Chipping of the surface has to be done before application of the coating as per direction of the EIC.

Providing, applying of epoxy based thixotropic adhesive like Sikadur Combiflex Adhesive IN or similar standard product for bonding the Polyolefin (FPO) waterproofing tapes to different substrates of expansion joints. Laying of Polyolefin (FPO) waterproofing tapes like Sikadur Combiflex 150x2x25 or similar standard is to be done over the expansion joints and hard roller should be applied over it. All these products to be applied over the surface after proper cleaning from dust, loose particles etc. Aluminium sheet plate of 2 mm thickness to be provided over the waterproofing tape with help of screws as per direction of the EIC.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)
