Construction of Administrative Building of New Thana Ravindra Nagar Dhoos, District- Kushinagar

A- Civil Work- Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. 2.8.1

Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes cables etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth including getting out the excavated soil , and then returning the soil as required , in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50 m up to 1.50 m depth. Pipes 80 mm to 300 mm diameter. 2.10.1.2

Filling of Carted Earth- Excavating, Supplying, Stacking and Filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in foundation trenches, plinths, side of foundation etc. complete for all lift 2.25a

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors. 4.1.8

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors. 4.1.3

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms. from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc rate to include cost of all materials labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work. 2.27
